How much is too much? How much is not enough?

"However, the same cannot be said for government confiscation. Especially confiscation which stinks of equity instead of fairness. There you go Kamala - that is your free financial advice for the day."

One of the funniest things that Kamala will say is that unlike Donald Trump, she will "bring us together". She will be the president of "all the people, not just some of the people". Really Ms. Harris? That is not what your new taxing policy states. Like many of your socialist comrades, you want to go after people of means. And who are the people of means? She states it is those making $400,000 or more. In reality, it will be $40,000 or more. What will more taxation do? Divide us further.

I have mentioned this IRS statistic before. The top 10% of the wage earners pay 76% of all income taxes collected. The top 1%, pays 38% of all taxes collected. When Kamala wants people to "pay their fair share", who is she talking about? Does she want total confiscation of wages for those making over $400,000? How much is too much?

Many lefties of means are often quoted as saying, "We could pay more". Yes, you could. And here is the good news for those on the left who are burdened by guilt. You can pay as much as you want! There is no law which caps how much you can pay - only how little you pay. So, if you don't think you pay enough in taxes, go for it. Sell your house, your fleet of cars, and all of your toys. Then send that money into Uncle Sam, where they will be VERY GOOD stewards (satire) of your former money.

Even Angie Craig thinks the seniors in this country are overtaxed. True story - last Sunday my wife met a man and woman she did not know. The lady was with an elderly gentleman. He explained to my wife that the lady was his daughter, and he was living with her because he has recently become homeless. That is not the first time I have heard stories of vets or seniors becoming homeless because of this twisted economy.

For starters, ALL taxes on Social Security should be exempt on seniors. Seniors of means who feel guilty for having too much, can continue to pay Social Security taxes. Those who think they have paid enough in their lifetime - can stop.

Here is the long and the short of it. Most people I know, especially those on my side of the political fence, are generous people. They like to give, and they give freely. They give to their churches, and they give to well-run charities of their choice. There is a certain joy in giving.

However, the same cannot be said for government confiscation. Especially confiscation which stinks of equity instead of fairness. There is no joy in that. There is no unity in that. There you go Kamala - that is your free financial advice for the day.
