Iran's Folly

"One more thing I should point out. Should Iran ever decide to get feisty with us, the Saudi's are on the sidelines just licking their chops. They have some old and not so old scores to settle with Iran."

If someone asked my if Iran is a good guy or a bad guy, my answer might surprise you. It would be "It depends". Depends? Depends on what? Depends if you are talking about the population, or the corrupt theocracy which rules them. I like many of us, are old enough to remember when Iran was our friend. Our ally. But ever since the revolution of 1973, they have been itching for a fight with the "Great Satan" (that would be us). And now, the desire for the theocracy to pick a fight with us, seems to have reached a crescendo. A fever pitch.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of the death (by our hands), of Iran's top general. General Qasem Soleimani died a death similar to the ones he dished out to allied forces fighting in Iraq and Syria. In other words, we blew him up. We used a drone packed with four Hellfire anti-tank missiles. Let me just say this - once the strike on the general was over, it was a struggle to find enough of him to prove (using DNA), that it was him we killed. Some of his staff were also in his car when it was hit.

Rather than just saying all is fair in love and war, and the general was only a casualty of enemy fire, they instead have vowed revenge. Not only on our troops, but also our President. And they want to do it before their friend and ally, Joseph Biden, is sworn in. They know if they play nice under Biden, they will be able to get money, nukes, you name it. But Trump - he did not know the rules. What he did to Iran, was like - well, it was like war. What Obama/Kerry/Biden did was pay extortion. Part of leading from behind. Pay off the bad guys, so they won't hurt us too bad.

Iran (like many other bad actors in that part of the world), like to make a big "splash" on anniversaries. According to reports, our intel had picked up chatter which shows "very credible intent" for bad things to happen to us tomorrow. Some of which is aimed at President Trump. Our forces in the Middle East are on high alert, as is the Secret Service and FBI in the homeland. We have B-52's (yes, the old BUFF is called into service once again) making daily trips from Minot to the Middle East. 

One thing folks in Iran should know about this President. Even though he has kept us out of new wars, he can be a war fighter. This Commander-In-Chief does not fight fair. If Iran kills one US troop, Trump might order the killing of 100 Iranians. And so forth. There is nothing Iran can do to us, where they will not be paid back 100 fold - maybe a 1,000 fold. In other words, this is their folly. To be no more than the mouse that roared.

One more thing I should point out. Should Iran ever decide to get feisty with us, the Saudi's are on the sidelines just licking their chops. They have some old and not so old scores to settle with Iran. Plus (and this is a big one) - Israel. Israel will hop on board in this fight quicker than you can say "bomb Iran's nuclear plants". Pound for pound, there is no fighting force on this planet which is badder than Israel. Don't believe it? Look up the Six Day War. 

To Iran I say this. Shut up and sit down. The general got what what coming to him. Because he believed in asymmetrical warfare, anyplace we got to him would have been fair game. Count your losses, lick you wounds, and go home. Messing with the sleeping giant could prove fatal to your regime. Just ask the 1940 era Japanese. 

Why it matters...

"Whereas Trump is a builder, Biden is like a giant wrecking ball. If Biden gets sworn in on January 20th, the year 2020 will be looking pretty good as compared to 2021."   

The difference between Joe Biden and Donald Trump is like night and day. Now there is a "duh"! That is like telling you water is wet, and the night is dark. And because of the fact they are so different, is a prime reason why this all matters. Biden has threatened to undo most all of the good things that President Trump did. But would Trump be fighting so hard to right this wrong (barring any cheating), if Biden was a centrist? A man of honor. Instead of a corrupted tool and user. And a socialist wannabe.

Being a Navy guy, it is with pride that I can say the two Democrat Presidents in my lifetime who had the most valor were John Kennedy and Jimmy Carter. True - Carter turned out to be a disappointment as President, but he was still (and is) a good man. Kennedy had a few moral lapses, but as a President, he was very good. After Carter, the moral character of Democrat Presidents went downhill quickly. 

But as bad as Clinton and Obama were, they were better than Biden. And that is not saying much. Biden is ill-equipped for the office of the Presidency, in so many ways. In fact, the only way this life long loser could become President, is by being a pawn in the greatest cheat in the history of our Republic. In less than a month, we could go from one of the best Presidents we have ever had, to a clunker. Even honest Democrats know that Biden is a clunker. But they had to get rid of Trump. Soon, they will be focused on getting rid of the clunker.

Whereas Donald Trump is a man of great vision, Joe Biden is a man of zero vision. He is now, and always has been, a user. A man who enriched himself, just by warming a seat in Washington. As the saying goes, "Biden is not part of the swamp - he IS the swamp". He has become corrupted by the city which corrupts so many. For Joe however, being there for over 40 years, has allowed him to be left in the pool long enough to ensure every square inch of him is basted in corruption. His son Hunter, learned this well from his father.

This why it matters. We are not getting a John Kennedy to follow up Donald Trump. Heck, we are not even getting a Jimmy Carter. We are getting a temporary place holder, who has trouble telling time at high noon. A man, if he has a friendly House and Senate, can destroy this country in a matter of two years. Not because he is cleaver enough to do it - he is a tool for those who DO know how to do it.

I never thought that a make believe sea monster could garner this much hope in the masses. But the Kraken is needed right now, and many are pinning their hope on its release. Whereas Trump is a builder, Biden is like a giant wrecking ball. If Biden gets sworn in on January 20th, the year 2020 will be looking pretty good as compared to 2021.   

 

And the Georgia run-off, will tell us...

If we are lucky, the two Republicans will prove the polls wrong and win big. If our bad luck continues, it will be a mess. At least it won't happen in 2020. Maybe that will help.

Well folks - here we are, only a week away from the long awaited, America changing (or saving) Georgia run-off elections, for the two US Senate seats. Zillions of dollars have been spent, whomever is someone in politics has been in the Peach State, campaigning for one or more of the candidates. We have heard every angle, every theory, from every pundit. And what we know for certain is this. The outcome of this election may shape our country for years to come, or it may tell us nothing. Huh?

If you have seen the latest polling for these two seats, they could not be any closer. Just as the country is divided in two right now, these two seats are even Steven. One seat is within .3% - well within mandatory recount territory. The other is exactly even. Down to the tenth of a percent. So, come the day after the election, we could end up knowing exactly nothing. 

Where does that leave the country? If Biden does get sworn in, and regardless on how Georgia turns out, this country could for the first time in almost forever, become ungovernable. With half the country getting ready to spit on the ground Biden walks on, and the other half happily taking their daily blue pills, this country could be on the verge of sputtering to a halt. With wealth being despised, faith being ignored, babies being butchered, and our Constitution besmirched, this great nation may not survive 2021.

What do we need to do? 

1) Release the Kraken. Start the storm. Do whatever needs to be done to keep Donald Trump in office. Everyone who is honest knows Biden did not win, so we need to correct this travesty - NOW.

2) Save the Senate. We need to win Georgia, so Donald Trump will have something to work with during his second term. He can still govern having an evenly divided Senate, but not as much will get done. Work to get better candidates for the Senate open seats in 2022.

3) Focus on taking the House back in 2022. We were close this year. For Trump's last two years, he deserves a friendly House and Senate.

4) Keep draining the swamp. What we saw from the 2020 election, we have miles to go. Way, way too many swamp dwellers remain - even in our party.

5) Finally, the perp walk. There are some very bad people out there, who have done some unthinkable things. Treason and worse. Some unspeakable things. All parties, all parts of government, all parts of society need to be cleaned. Clean house, convict the guilty. 

Anyhow - back to Georgia. If we are lucky, the two Republicans will prove the polls wrong and win big. If our bad luck continues, it will be a mess. At least it won't happen in 2020. Maybe that will help.

Why we won't shut up and go away...

"Until the left cooperates, and gives immutable proof that Biden won fair and square (and that means looking down every rabbit hole), we will NEVER accept Biden as nothing more than a corrupt tool."

I have heard this many times from the left - "Why can't you guys just accept the fact that Donald Trump lost. It is time to have a smooth transition of power." My response? You are right. If Trump did in fact lose, I (we) could accept that. However, the facts are not with that outcome. The facts are with a stolen election. And guess what? Not one Democrat has been able to prove this election was on the up and up, nor disprove all the "oddities" which happened to Donald Trump.

When Trump beat Hillary in 2016, he did well with minority groups. Not excellent, but well. In 2020, Trump got the most minority votes (for a Republican), in just about forever. The response by the left on this most important issue? Crickets. 

In 2020, Donald Trump received 74.2 M votes. In 2016, he received 63 M votes (and won). One would think if Trump received 11.2 M MORE votes in 2020 than in 2016, it should have been a cakewalk (or a landslide for Trump). Any normal person would think this to be odd. The response from the Democrats? Crickets.

At 8 pm on election night, the polls in PA closed and Trump was ahead by 200,000 votes. A cozy win. Then all of a sudden, a raft of mail in votes come in, most all for Biden. Just like that, a large lead is erased, and Biden has the lead. With all the suspicions about voter fraud via mail in ballots, this appeared to be exhibit "A". The Democrat response? Live with it - we won.

Then there is Dominion software. That software is tainted, and any vote which went through a machine which used that software should be considered suspect. This more than anything else, could have been the reason for so many Trump votes being "flipped" to Biden. If the shoe was on the other foot, I would want the truth, so the losing side would accept my guy as the legit winner. But the Democrats do not. They don't give a damn. They won, by hook or my CROOK, and that is it.

Until the left cooperates, and gives immutable proof that Biden won fair and square (and that means looking down every rabbit hole), we will NEVER accept Biden as nothing more than a corrupt tool. NEVER. That is why we will not go away. Get used to us. There are 75 to 80 million of us, and we are not going away. 

 

Same old Joe...

"Get ready folks. This is the team who stole the election. Everything crappy Biden promised he would do to us, is already starting to take shape."

There are a raft of reasons why I could never stand this imposter sitting in the White House. What happened yesterday, was one of the prime reasons. Now, I am not going to let the President nor Steve Mnuchin off the hook for the stimulus mess. They need to take some of the blame. 

For taking six months of BS negotiations, and then growing into this almost 6,000 page monster, was a shame on everybody involved - especially Mnuchin. I expected him to be the cop. And the President should have said from the get-go, the only bill for Covid -19 he would sign, would be a single subject bill, dealing only with Covid - 19 issues. Plus, the next stimulus payments would be up to $4,000 per couple, making less than $150,000/year. Period.

But the rest is history. Those of us who have been on this planet for a while, know how the Democrats work. Come up with a bill, call it a name everyone agrees that we need, and then stuff it full of crap. Crap which most people do not want. Welcome to the world of omnibus. 

There are few in Congress better than creating one of these Frankenstein's monsters (omnibus bills) than Ms. Nancy is. And this one was a whopper. Anything and everything one could imagine, including how to study how some low end creature use a treadmill.

Plus (I almost forgot this one), not only did it have a zillion dollars of pork in it, it also only had $600 per person for stimulus. Instead of the requested $2,000 per person. Tie that all together, and you have a big stinky turd, floating in everyone's punch bowl. And now the bill sits in Mara Lago, unsigned, and never will be by this President.

All this fray, has awoken Slo Joe out of this slumber. He tweeted a nasty tweet about the President yesterday. He blamed Trump for not signing the bill, and saving millions from financial misery. Wait - Joe. Hold on one blooming second. You would sign this POS full of crap, including money for gender studies to Pakistan? Yep - he sure would. But why, Joe, why? Because he is Joe Biden. This is how he has always been. He does not give a rip about the taxpayer, nor (because he has never worked), does he understand money. So if he were President, he would have signed it in a New York minute.

Get ready folks. This is the team who stole the election. Everything crappy Biden promised he would do to us, is already starting to take shape. If there is a storm a brewing, it is time for the President's legal team to start their engines. If there is a Kraken hiding somewhere, it is time for that Kraken to reveal, and kick some butt.

The President is out of Washington for a couple of weeks, away from Washington. Christmas is over, and there is no time like the present. Time to get it on folks. Get that storm a brewing. It is now or never. 

Trump's Dilemma?

"The states under Republican control better step up to the plate, and soon. We need to re-do this election, and do it the right way, so it can be shown that Donald Trump was the real winner - and by a large margin. Until then, I don't know where we are."

When I was growing up, there was a popular quiz show called "I've got a Secret". My folks watched it, and since it was "G" rated back then, I would watch it with them. Can't quite remember all the subtleties of the show, but the name of the game was to guess (after getting clues), what secret a contestant was holding. Why bring this up? Because I think our President knows the deepest, darkest secret of them all (excluding aliens).

I know many conservatives who voted for the President, and believe they have been cheated. They want the President to spill his guts. Tell us everything Mr. President - we can handle it! No - maybe we can't. Here is my take. The corruption, the rot, goes so deep in many corners of our government, to tell the nation everything he knows right now, might rip us apart. Rip us apart so totally, there would be no fixing it. 

But he also knows this. If Slo Joe becomes POTUS # 46, with 75M of us knowing he is not legit, and we have been cheated, it will forever ruin our election process. Like, why vote, when the results are already set? This is Third World, live and in color.

This I believe, is Trump's dilemma. Which way to go, that will cause the least amount of harm to the country. This might be the toughest choice to be made by any President - ever. You mean even more critical than dropping the A Bomb? Yes, because it Trump does not play this one the right way, it could mean the end of our Union. Or, it could lead to gunfire, violence, and death. It could be Civil War 2.0.

Where does that leave us? Many of us feel like we are in nowhere land right now. A legit President being driven from office, and an imposter, who cheated his way into the White House. Any Executive Order, any bill Biden signs into law, would be counterfeit. Meanwhile, the real winner of the election would be living outside of the White House. It will be a classic example of Swamp vs. Truth.

The states under Republican control better step up to the plate, and soon. We need to re-do this election, and do it the right way, so it can be shown that Donald Trump was the real winner - and by a large margin. Until then, I don't know where we are. And I don't think I am alone on that issue.  

The Washington money question

"I can only imagine what this bill would have looked like with Biden as President, Nancy as Speaker, and Chuck as Senate leader. But who cares? It is only free money we are talking about, right? Our kids and grandies can fix this mess which we helped create." 

Question: How to you spend six months working on a Covid relief bill, and then when finished, have it be 6,000 pages long, with only six hours for those who are voting on it, review it? That seems to be the question of the week. Maybe the year. This monster bill, which last July was close to $3T, solves very little, and gives only a modicum of the relief which is needed. 

So, what is in this $900B POS? Not much. $1,200 for a married couple who make less than $150k/year. Some unemployment dollars. A provision which keeps landlords from foreclosing on renters who don't pay their rent. But how much was allocated for restaurants and bars, who are barely holding oy their fingernails? Nada, nothing, not a cent. Six months of screwing around with this thing, and businesses which traditionally don't ask for a penny of help, get nothing? Why so long Ms. Nancy?

First off, she wanted to help some of her big blue buddies who are mayors and governors of failing blue cities an states. The ones who are in fiscal distress, due to chronic overspending. The Republican Senators wanted none of that. Cheers to them on that point. But then they went to sleep, and allowed some raw pork to be added. Hold on for this one - and this is not all of it:

Food Distribution on Indian Reservations - $100M

National Endowment for the Arts - $75M

NASA - $60M

Education - $31M

Public Broadcasting - $75M

SSA Employee Productivity Programs - $300M

Museum Services - $50M

Department of State - $674M

USAID - $353M

Peace Corps - $88M

DOT - $31B

HUD - $17.4B

This is what drives normal taxpayers nuts. This was a Covid Relief Bill - not supposed to be an omnibus bill. But this is the way Washington does business. And citizens and patriots, buckle up for this news flash. Even though many Democrats lead the charge on this bizarre and reckless spending, many Republicans are willing partners in this taxpayer theft. In other words, this POS bill is an offspring of the swamp.

And this type of bill can happen in Trump's Washington. I can only imagine what this bill would have looked like with Biden as President, Nancy as Speaker, and Chuck as Senate leader. But who cares? It is only free money we are talking about, right? Our kids and grandies can fix this mess which we helped create.
