Persecuting Jews -- from Esther to now

"The odd part of this present-day surge of hatred against the Jews, is when Hamas came over the Israel border and started to slaughter the innocents, many Hamas marauders had GoPro cameras mounted on their bodies and documented the carnage."

Our church just finished a study on Esther from the Old Testament. It was a tale which could have been told today. Not much has changed - the story of Esther took place in Persia (now Iran), and Esther and her people were of the Jewish faith - therefore not wanted. Not only not wanted, but a plot was being hatched to kill them all. Not to resettle them someplace like Israel - just get rid of them. To make a long story short, the providence of God prevailed, and Esther saved the day. The Jews survived, and the ones plotting against the Jews were killed.

The story of Esther happened hundreds of years before the birth of Christ. And now here we are, 2,000 years after the time of Jesus, and Jews are still being persecuted. Why? What is it? What happened on October 7th of this year in the country of Israel is horrible beyond description. And yet, some are already trying to rewrite the history of that event. The Jews caused it. Or, it was all a hoax, just an excuse for Israel to attack Gaza and kill Muslims.

The odd part of this present-day surge of hatred against the Jews, is when Hamas came over the Israel border and started to slaughter the innocents, many Hamas marauders had GoPro cameras mounted on their bodies and documented the carnage. Then, right after the marauders went back to Gaza, forensic investigators from Israel also document the site(s). And all that evidence had been displayed to the world. That is, if a venue was available which could show that gruesome carnage.

But - the hatred for the Jews is so visceral, that all that evidence does not matter. Protests have broken out all over the world, condemning the Jewish people. After Hamas invaded Israel and butchered over 1,000 people, and then kidnapped over 200 innocent people, they were justified in doing so. Huh? Does that not make sense to you? Because it sure does not make sense to me. But what we are witnessing worldwide right now, is the greatest case of brainwashing - ever. And many of our current mind numbed college kids, are way to indoctrinated to know otherwise.

The Bible is very clear on the Jewish people. And also, Israel. To vote against the Jewish people or their homeland of Israel, is not a smart move. Not smart at all.

When freedom goes to die

Where does freedom go to die? Anywhere freedom loving people allow it to. We have had it with Biden and his clown car. We are a free people and will make our own decisions. We don't need some 81-year-old overlord doing that for us. And with that, I will say - FULL STOP.

Heard an interesting article on the news the other day. It concerned our auto industry, and how they are really in a pickle right now. Why? They are loaded down with expensive EVs which are not selling. The cars that people want, there is a shortage of. The cars that people don't want (EVs), they have rows and rows of. How did this happen? The auto industry believed the snake salesmen in the Biden administration. Sure, we are ready for the EV! The charging stations will be there, and people will be lined up for miles just to drive one! Never happened, and maybe never will. These things are pigs.

But who cares about the facts? Joe Biden still wants 50% of all cars sold by 2030 to be EVs. But the people don't want EVs yet. We are not ready for them yet. So what? Suck it up, buttercup! But wait - I am a free American, and I will drive what I want to drive! Biden says - no you are not. You will drive what I tell you to drive. And just like that, freedom went to die.

Biden is in your knickers, but good. He not only wants to tell you what to drive, but what to cook on. What to heat and cool your house with. What to eat. In America, land of the free, we seem to have allowed a petty dictator to call our shots. We never voted for all these executive fiats that Biden comes up with. It is nothing but tyranny.

Americans have woken up to what is happening to our country right now. This experiment in tyranny has not worn well. We don't like it. Don't believe it? Check out Uncle Joe's poll numbers. I will own a gun if I want. I will eat what I want. I will heat and cool my house as I want. And I will drive the kind of truck that I want. Joe, you can take your green new deal, your ESG, your DEI, and your woke-ism and put it where the sun does not shine.

I will end with an amusing story I heard from Bill O'Reilly. As we know, the price of gas has tumbled. It is because Biden has been secretly increasing the amount of oil we are pumping out of OUR ground. Right now, we are matching what Trump was pumping. Joe has decided not to go to the BIG greenie conference held in Dubai. Why would he not go? He is afraid of being called out for being a hypocrite. Meanwhile, gas is under $3/gal at many stations in our area.

Where does freedom go to die? Anywhere freedom loving people allow it to. We have had it with Biden and his clown car. We are a free people and will make our own decisions. We don't need some 81-year-old overlord doing that for us. And with that, I will say - FULL STOP.

The great reversal(s)

"We will survive Biden, but the damage will be huge. It is going to take a lot of fixing by the next president and the next congress. As one of my favorite faith songs is entitled, Help is on the way!"

As most can remember, the second Uncle Joe took the oath of office to be POTUS, he did the first great reversal. Everything which Donald Trump did to make the country better, was off the table. Reversed. Gone. To really put an exclamation point on his newly minted presidency, he not only reversed all the Trump policies, but after he played that move, he then raised it one. As we know, it did not take long for Biden to put our country in an economic tailspin.

Now before the eye rolls come, and the "so-what" is uttered, let me tell you about the Ying to the Yang. It will not matter if in January 2025, we will swear in Donald Trump, or, Ron DeSantis, or, Nikki Haley, or, Vivek Ramaswamy, or even Chris Christy. When that happens, every bad thing that Uncle Joe signed into law or promulgated with an executive order, with will be reversed. Especially the crapola regarding our gas ranges, mandated EVs, air conditioners and so forth. It will all be gone. All that will be left of Joe Biden will be an unpleasant aftertaste.

That is the thing about politics. As good as things might be, or as bad as they might get, everything can be reversed. When Trump found his groove (so to speak) during his first term, I thought the sky would be the limit. In my mind, things were going so well, I thought a second term was a slam dunk. By the end of his second term, this country would be humming so fast, so hard, it would be the end of the Democrats and all their socialist BS as we know it. Was I ever wrong!

For reason which still puzzle and mystify many of us, Donald Trump lost his bid for re-election. Many still think he won, and the election was stolen. In any event, Biden came into office, and reversed most if not all of what Trump had done. All of a sudden, people who had been doing from very well to okay in this country, were not doing okay. Some ended up living paycheck to paycheck. Gasoline became almost unaffordable, and going to the grocery store was a torturous event. Tears of joy under Trump were replaced by tears of pain under Biden.

How important is this next election? Just look at the Middle East, and how a weak president has led to torture and war. Just look at the cost of living, and how many Americans have been either impoverished or made much poorer under "Biden-omics". Just look to Russia and how they have laid ruin to Ukraine. A strong president with a much better final solution in Afghanistan might have prevented the Ukraine War. I could go on and on, but most of us already have gotten the picture.

We will survive Biden, but the damage will be huge. It is going to take a lot of fixing by the next president and the next congress. As one of my favorite faith songs is entitled, Help is on the way!

The mess in Gaza

"How will this end? Poorly for Hamas. Should Biden deep six Israel like he is capable of, it will go down as a bigger boner on his part than our retreat from Afghanistan. But if Israel has to go it alone, they will."

This weekend, I thought I saw a sign of the coming apocalypse. Seriously! Dean Phillips was on a news channel, and I actually agreed with him on a very important point. Not just a little agreement, but I was all in. Dean, the king of cheap booze, said we are doing this Israel/Hamas thing all wrong. We have American dead from the October 7th raid. We still have Americans being illegally held by terrorists in Gaza. Therefore, we should have boots on the ground. Because we have dead and imprisoned people like Israel does, this is our fight also.

I could scarcely believe what my ears were hearing. But the Deano was spot on correct. And now for a big complication. Now that we have had four days of hostage releases, the path forward is looking a bit murky. Why? And this was a shocker - Hamas is not the only group of bad guys which are holding hostages. And as such, Hamas has no clue as to where some of the hostages are. Therefore, exchanging status of the hostages as well as when they can be released - is up in the air.

Plus (and this one really gets me), Hamas wants some of the criminals released which have more significant rap sheets. Huh? Is it not enough that we are exchanging totally innocent hostages for convicted criminals? At a 3:1 ratio, criminals to innocents? No - Hamas wants some more hard-core terrorists released also. Give me a break.

Finally, it would not be a complete story about a mess in Gaza without talking about Uncle Joe. Mr. Biden it seems, has developed a bad case of round heels and weak knees. He keeps dropping hints that he likes this pause. He would like it to continue. He wants Gaza to be totally refilled with provisions and fuel. Never mind that Gaza is nest of bad guys and criminals. Every day of "pause", lets Hamas get more and more healed.

As Rodney King would say, "Can't we all just get along?" Actually - no. One of the leaders of Hamas has already said that what happened on October 7th will happen again. And again. And again. I believe him. So do the Israelis. This cancer needs to be rooted out and exterminated. Totally. When this "pause" is over, the IDF war machine will head south in Gaza. Will there be collateral damage? Sure, will be. But that is on Hamas. They are the arsonists which lit the match.

How will this end? Poorly for Hamas. Should Biden deep six Israel like he is capable of, it will go down as a bigger boner on his part than our retreat from Afghanistan. But if Israel has to go it alone, they will. Our relationship with Israel will remain sketchy until we get a normal president again. One who is not a spineless invertebrate. Pray that Israel can hold on that much longer.

Defensible or defenseless

"We live in a very dangerous world (as evidenced by October 7th), so a strong defense is paramount."

What is the world is going on with the new defense budget? I mean, it is an increase over last year (by a little). It is a whopping $842 billion dollars for GFY 2024. That sounds like a lot of money. But (hold on bucko) - I don't think it is enough. With $842 billion? How could that not be enough? It is worth looking at this a bit closer.

DEI - I might as well get the stinky one over with first. For reasons unknown to most, Biden and company are still stuck on this DEI thing for government workers - including those in the DOD. And it cost a lot of money - like $270 million for one fiscal year. Guess who likes it? Just about nobody. People go in the armed forces to learn how to protect this great country, NOT to learn 153 pronouns. When the new president is sworn in January of 2025, this DEI stuff will disappear faster than a hypersonic missile in flight.

NGAD - Many are wondering why in the world we need to develop a new jet fighter when we already have the F-35 and F-22 right now? Both are world class 5th generation fighters. Here is the truth as I understand it. Whomever has air dominance (that is what the AD stands for in NGAD), will rule the skies and the battlefield. Right now, we have it but could lose it if China bootstraps their J-20 into a 6th generation fighter. We will be pouring a lot of money into this program over the new few years. We need to get to a 6th generation fighter first.

Recruiting and Retention - Hello? Is anyone paying attention? Our recruiting and retention stinks right now. Some of it is related to this DEI crapola. Here is the long and the short of it. If we want professional war fighters, the best of the best, we need to pay them like the best. The pay scale in the military is in dire need a of a general overhaul. Get rid of all the PC crap and jump the pay scales. That should fix much of what ails our recruitment and retention.

Munitions - Even though the administration has tried to put some lipstick on this pig, it is not working. We are low on many of our munitions. We need a major program to refill our depots in short order. Should war breakout over Taiwan, we could be in real trouble. This issue needs to be fixed like yesterday.

Weapon Assistance - As we all know, there are still two wars going on which we are helping out on. Both Ukraine and Israel need our help NOW. Ukrainian forces have knocked Russia down from extraordinary to ordinary in less than two years. Israel will eliminate Hamas - forever. I would say that both of those outcomes are a good deal for us.

Bottom line - as expensive as our DOD budget is, it is not enough. My suggestion is to juice it up to $1T. In know, it is a lot of money. But let's use some offsets - like a lot of our green new deal and PC stuff. We live in a very dangerous world (as evidenced by October 7th), so a strong defense is paramount.

Losing it all for nothing

"Even though some think that picking a 'religion' is like going to Baskin Robins and picking an ice cream flavor you like - it is not like that at all."

I heard something on the news yesterday which really stopped me in my tracks. The newest fad for vapid thinking children who reside in our upper educational institutions. Young Christian women are becoming Muslims and wearing a hijab. All because of this false notion of Israel being bad guys, and Hamas doing nothing wrong. So, to show support for the colorful Palestinian flag, and wearing some kind of cloth on their heads, these young women have given up their Christian faith.

By the way, it might seem "cool" to do this while living in America, but many of these young women have no idea of the subjugation that many Muslim women suffer under in Muslim countries. Women are indeed second-class citizens and are considered more property than individuals.

This might sound preachy to some, so I will apologize in advance. Even though some think that picking a "religion" is like going to Baskin Robins and picking an ice cream flavor you like - it is not like that at all. There is a HUGE difference between a "religion" like Islam and having a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you are a non-believer, you might want to skip ahead.

I remember when Keith Ellison gave up his Catholic faith to become a practicing Muslim. I could not understand it. Not a bit. For Christians, to be in the faith, is something more precious than gold. It is the highest gift we could have. If you belong to a church which does not teach or preach that, it might be a good idea to find a new church. But to give that up, just to wear a hijab, and be "in with the in crowd", really mystifies me.

If you know of someone who has been swayed by the crowd and had converted away from the faith - please pray for them. If you know of someone who is not in the faith or has any religion - please pray for them. If you know of someone who is in the faith but being led astray by false teachings (the Bible said this would happen in the final days), please pray for them. Yes, it is that important.

How do I know my faith is the right way to go? Once you accept Christ, you will know it. Plus, we have been given ten commandments and one commission. That commission is the Great Commission, given to us by Jesus before He ascended. And that Great Commission is to spread the Word of God. The Good News of Jesus. And it is nothing to be squeamish about - we celebrate His birth every December 25th. By the way - that is coming up shortly. Time to start the celebration. Time to spread the Good News.

Deep in the land of stupid...

"Meanwhile, certain free countries such as ours, are witnessing many inexplicable demonstrations against Israel, the victim. Only in the land of stupid can this make any sense whatsoever."

It always hurts when I have to call some of my fellow countrymen (and women) - stupid. But here I am again, ready to hurl that moniker as well as maybe an invective or two in the direction of mind numbed robots our government schools have created. Yesterday is another example of what is happening deep in the land of our stupid.

It has been about seven weeks since the gruesome raid in Israel. In those short seven weeks, the idiots from our academia have managed to turn everything upside down. For reasons unbeknown to us normal folks, these brainwashed kids are now thinking (and protesting) that Israel is at fault for over 1,000 of its citizens being butchered or kidnaped. In fact, these morons are so insistent this is the way it happened, that it was 100% Israel's fault, they disrupted the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday. A parade for young kids. These morons even tried to glue themselves to the street to keep the floats and balloons from passing by.

Today the hostage swap is due to start. It is mostly a one-way street, favoring Hamas. But here is the reason why Israel (with the help of Biden) agreed to such a crappy deal. We are going to trade 50 innocent Israeli citizens who were stolen from their land, in exchange for 150 Hamas criminals. And during this "pause" of four days to make this swap, Hamas fighters are going to re-arm and re-position themselves. Now the reason - Hamas Muslims don't cherish life. Many welcome deaths and the 74 virgins which are waiting for them. The Israelis and Americans do cherish life. Life is so sacred to us, that we are willing to trade 150 criminals for 50 innocents. The life of each of those innocents is that precious.

Meanwhile, certain free countries such as ours, are witnessing many inexplicable demonstrations against Israel, the victim. Only in the land of stupid can this make any sense whatsoever. But these youth are our offspring. While we were sleeping, we allowed government institutions of learning to poison their minds. To change their past and taint their future.

Welcome to our dystopian reality. This is not a book nor a movie - it is real life. In the near future, these gutless and clueless kids will be running the country. America, the proud and brave, will soon be known as America, the land of the stupid. We did this. We allowed it. Now our seed corn is spoiled. This is our dystopian, and grim, reality.

Biden's war on whales (and eagles also!)

"There are many other types of renewable energy sources which have better potential than windmills. They are ugly, they are costly, they are intrusive, and they are inefficient. Plus, they might be killing some of the rarest animals on the planet."

Have you heard the big dust they are having on many of the northern Atlantic states? It is another boner pulled by Biden and company. In Biden's zest to rid the planet of fossil fuels and convert us to green renewables (even if they don't work that well), we might be sacrifice our whale population. And maybe part of our recovering eagle population. Wait - what? Are not greenies nature lovers also? I thought so, but they are getting ready to sacrifice something very special, for a made-up scheme and hoax.

For some reason, Biden and company think that peppering the east coast with ginormous windmills will make a difference for us. New flash - they won't. Sure, the longer blades (these giants will have blades which are 351 feet long) are better than the short blades, but sitting on top of an 850-foot structure is far from picturesque. In fact, these Halide X Turbines are downright ugly.

What about the whales then? Even though the industry STRONGLY disagrees, as does Biden's NOAA agency, since 2016, 176 Humpback whales have died. Some by boat strikes, some by natural (or un-natural) causes. In any event, the number of dead whales which have been washing up on shore is alarming.

Here are the facts of life. This very powerful industry, backed by sophistic arguments set forth by the Biden administration, lie and distort. Ever since windmills started popping up around the country, the number of dead birds has also increased. The American Bird Conservancy estimates that over the past three decades, over 2,000 eagles have been killed by these windmills. Just when eagles are starting to make a comeback, the wind industry is killing them.

There are many other types of renewable energy sources which have better potential than windmills. They are ugly, they are costly, they are intrusive, and they are inefficient. Plus, they might be killing some of the rarest animals on the planet. But who cares? Joe likes them, and that is all that matters.

Sorry does not cut it pal!

"Biden, Inc., has really mucked up our police and military. We need to realize that and learn from it. NEVER AGAIN, can we elect over the hill, ideologues, who will take us down the path to ruin. Time to get back on the right track again. Time to make America great again."

How is our military doing? It depends. When it comes to the military industrial complex coming up with newer and better ways to kill soldiers on the other side - not bad. For example, we are inches away from a deployable laser weapon. This will be a game changer for sure. And our new NGAD (Next Generation Air Dominance) fighter, with accompanying drones, will make our new battlefields look more like Star Wars than our usual status quo.

But then again, we have the "woke brigade", who are running (ruining) the military. To this day, our military is still all tied up in PC knots. And because our military is down 10,000 in recruiting (except for the USMC), the unthinkable is happening. The military is inviting those who were kicked out due to the refusal to take the Covid-19 shot - to come back. Even if all 1,900 of those folks decided to come back, our recruiting deficit would still be there. Why? People join the military that if the need ever arises, they will be trained to break things and kill people. Most don't give a rip about what someone's pronoun is.

Has anyone else noticed what has happened since Joe Biden has come into office? The number of cops needed in most cities are way down. The recruiting is down, the retention is down, the job satisfaction that many cops feel is down. This will take years (if ever) to fix. And our military is down. To get our numbers up, we keep dumbing down the enlistment criteria. That is not a good direction to head into.

If I were in charge, I could fix the military most quickly. First, give young men and women a reason to serve. Hint: it is not to learn about pronouns. Put pride back in our armed forces. Next, the pay is abysmal, especially for the junior enlisted and officers. Put aside monies to really juice up those lower rates. Being in the military is a profession - a profession which takes copious amounts of training. We need to pay people the right amount for what is expected of them. Period. Full stop.

Biden, Inc., has really mucked up our police and military. We need to realize that and learn from it. NEVER AGAIN, can we elect over the hill, ideologues who will take us down the path to ruin. Time to get back on the right track again. Time to make America great again.

Happy birthday (?), Mr. President!

"Here are the facts of life for our 81-year-old president. I will need to tell him, as his family and minions will not. You are over the hill sir. Past your prime. You are corrupt and cranky and have hurt this country badly."

Well, how is the old guy doing these days? 81 is nothing to sneeze at! That is, if you are a young 81 - and not that many folks are the same at 81 as they were at 71, and so forth. Somebody brought up a good point yesterday. In the past three years, Joe Biden has not only gotten older, but he has also become elderly. The job of president, which has taken a toll on so many who held the office, has turned Joe Biden into a "Get off my lawn!" grumpy, old and forgetful man.

Somebody on Fox this weekend (a guest who is a financial guy) reported that Biden has slowly been increasing the amount of drilling we are doing in the country, so that now it matches what it was under Donald Trump. Why in the world would this EV loving, petroleum hating man do this? Because he knows HIS inflation is killing his voters. It is a dead stick for him. He can't do much about the price of food or the interest rates right now, but he can put a dent in the sky-high gas prices he created.

I bet that has helped his poll numbers. Not a bit. He continues to sink, and Donald Trump is rising faster than a hypersonic missile. In fact, Uncle Joe has sunk so far, so fast, three of the Republicans in the running right now - could beat him. And Doanld Trump would trounce Biden if the election were held tomorrow.

As someone reported on the news this morning (and I am frankly surprised this is not more of a four-alarm fire for the Democrats), it is not only is Biden unelectable for a second term, should be bow out of the race, the Dems have zip to replace him. Nada, nothing. An empty bench.

Meanwhile, just about everyone in Biden's family (except Navy), has received a subpoena from the Republican Congress to testify about what was revealed on Hunter's laptop. That will be a HUGE headache for this administration. To make matters worse, as Biden travels the countryside touting his "Biden-omics", people out in flyover country hate this program. It stinks. It hurts. But that is the hill worth dying on for Joe Biden. He has nothing else. Little does he know that Biden-omics is also toxic to voters.

Here are the facts of life for our 81-year-old president. I will need to tell him, as his family and minions will not. You are over the hill sir. Past your prime. You are corrupt and cranky and have hurt this country badly. You have put your party in a bad place right now, and it might take years, if ever, for the Democrats to recover from this. Now do the country a big favor, go take and nap and then retire. You have done enough harm.

Believing the butchers of Gaza

"Getting a five day pause in the action is a real gift to the bad guys. Why? The IDF continues to outsmart them at every turn."

Even though just about every war fighter has warned against this - here we go. The IDF and Hamas have "agreed" to a pause in the fighting so maybe 50 or so hostages can be returned to Israel - or maybe even the United States. Anybody buying this? All it would take is one Hamas fighter to light off one rocket, and it is game over. However, the mind numbed robots who have been protesting against Israel would demand that the IDF just take it. With no return fire.

Here is the difference between the Biden form of diplomacy and the Trump version. Trump would have made it known to the terrorists they have 24 hours to return every hostage - alive. Failure to do so would unleash "shock and awe" unlike the Middle East has ever seen before. Biden on the other hand, puts the power in the hands of the bad guys. Just think of all the restocking and repositioning Hamas can do in five days. Plus, with only returning 50 hostages at a time, they can do this over and over and over again.

The bottom line is this so far in the war. The IDF is cleaning the clocks of the Hamas fighters. Getting a five day pause in the action is a real gift to the bad guys. Why? The IDF continues to outsmart them at every turn. Just the other day, the IDF knew there were some entrenched fighters in a tough part of the contested area they were after. Rather than putting some IDF war fighters at risk, the IDF dressed up some manikins in IDF battle gear and put them in a remote-controlled vehicle. As soon as the bad guys started to fire, their positions were revealed, The IDF then trained in their tanks on them, and it was over almost before it started.

And then there was the November 17th major storm which hit the region. I saw some film on it on YouTube and it was a whopper. So much rain fell, it flooded some of the tunnels that Hamas was using. Was this storm just an accident, or providence? Good question. I know what my answer would be.

It will be interesting to see how this "pause" is going to work out for the IDF. As it is, two hostages have already been returned to the IDF. Both were deceased. What shape will hostages be in after being held underground for over a month by these butchers? Hopefully good, but the odds are not in that favor. In any event, stay tuned. History is unfolding right in front of our eyes.

The death of Minneapolis?

"Will Minneapolis ever come back? Doubtful. Many other cities might not come back either. But Minneapolis has the tainted reputation of being at 'ground zero' of our nationwide insurrection. Gone are the days of Mary Tyler Moore."

There is a new movie out on Rumble called "The Fall of Minneapolis". It is produced by Alpha News and (I have not seen it as yet) is purportedly an expose on how hosed up the City of Lakes has become since the death of George Floyd. There are so many aspects as to what has happened to Minneapolis, I hardly know where to begin. And like I said, I have not yet seen "The Fall of Minneapolis". So, let's start...

I would be remiss if I did not address the Derek Chauvin issue first. I remember clearly right after the Floyd incident, seeing on the news, an autopsy report which showed a rather large number of different drugs in Floyd's system. So much so, the autopsy said this could have been the cause of Floyd's death. Then the report disappeared. And we were back to Chauvin choking Floyd to death with his knee on his neck. That was enough to get Chauvin convicted and sentenced to many years in prison. Now it seems this autopsy report has surfaced again, and rumor has it, Chauvin's lawyers are going to ask for a mistrial. Have to stay tuned on this one.

The war which resulted in Minneapolis right after Floyd died was unprecedented. It was a chance for many different flavors of dissidents and criminals to go to war against the city police. This was a true insurrection. Forget J6 - if you want to see a true insurrection, just look to Minneapolis right after May 25, 2020. Over 1,000 businesses were destroyed. A police station was under attack and ended up being destroyed. Cops were fleeing for their lives. After three days, the city was unrecognizable. Anarchy was the name of the day.

Couple the Floyd incident with the Wuhan flu (better known as Covid-19), and you have a once proud city, looking like a ghost town. People avoided downtown like the plague (because there was one). Crime was rampant, and to drive your car downtown at night, was just asking to have some thugs take it from you. Office people were working from home, and all of a sudden, the way we did work started to change. It turns out, much of that change still exists today.

The advocates of downtown Minneapolis are trying their level best to put some lipstick on this pig. Sorry - many of us are way too smart to fall for this charade. Downtown Minneapolis is still too toxic to work there, live there, or even visit there. The mayor and the clown car called the Minneapolis City Council are still living in la-la land. As such, they continue to worship at the feet of socialist DAs, and they handcuff the brave souls who still dare to don the Minneapolis Police uniform. The net result? Minneapolis is dying a slow death.

The same twisted thinking of this mob mentality has many city youth believing Israel is responsible for the current Israeli/Hamas war. Huh? Yes - this group of mind numbed robots, also still believe what happened in Minneapolis right after the death of Floyd was justified. Many are products of our brainwashing system, called government schools. And here is the result of their indoctrinated thinking - up is down and black is white.

Will Minneapolis ever come back? Doubtful. Many other cities might not come back either. But Minneapolis has the tainted reputation of being "ground zero" of our nationwide insurrection. Gone are the days of Mary Tyler Moore. Now we are in the days of crime being king and cops being unwanted. Good-bye Minneapolis. It was great knowing you - that is, about fifty years ago.

The broken bench

"How did the blue bench get so broken? So messed up? Woke and greenie crap. That has allowed Biden to plow the economy right into the ditch. For Democrats to get a decent bench back, they need to develop some decent Democrats."

I have addressed this before. The least prepared person running for president on the red team, is light years ahead of Joe Biden. Right now, Biden is trailing three of the Republicans who are running. He is trailing Nicki Haley by 10 points. But if not Joe, then who? Who is on the blue bench who could step in if Biden steps down? That crowd is thin and weak. The Veep? I won't even go into detail on how inept she would be as president. Gavin Newsom? Do we really want the country to look and run like California? Whitmer? Hochul? Mayor Pete? The blue bench is not only weak, but also broken.

Two additional "kiss of death" events for Gavin Newsom have happened or are coming up. First, when the gov went to China for reasons unknown, he had a surprise visit with Chairman Xi. Seems the chairman has taken a liking to our slick haired California boy. Why? Maybe birds of a feather. Then, coming up shortly, Gavin has agreed to a debate with Ron DeSantis on the Sean Hannity Show. The Florida governor should chew up and spit out this west coast phony. That should be the end of any speculation of Gavin going after Biden's seat this time around.

Wait! What about Dean Phillips? Sorry Deano - your polling right now is about as bad as Phillips vodka at a liquor tasting contest. Bottom shelf booze and a bottom shelf campaign. The best thing for Dean to do now is drop out and go back into the "Problem Creator's Caucus".

How is Donald Trump doing right now? With all of his legal issues? The latest polling from the Economist shows Trump ahead by over 35 points. Many would say that is an insurmountable lead. But even if Trump did get snared in one of these legal issues (like Georgia), either Haley or DeSantis could beat any Democrat offered up.

How did the blue bench get so broken? So messed up? Woke and greenie crap. That has allowed Biden to plow the economy right into the ditch. For Democrats to get a decent bench back, they need to develop some decent Democrats. Like, Democrats of old. Joe Manchin Democrats. Joe Liberman Democrats. This current crop led by Joe Biden, is way, way out to lunch.

The election is less than a year away. Unless the Republicans really step in it, this should be a good one for the red team. If they don't get all tangled up in abortion issues, they should take the White House, the Senate, and keep the House. The path has been plowed red team - now try and not muck it up this time.

Gee (or Xi) Wizz!

"Once Xi leaves San Fransisco, we can get back to normal. Wherever we stashed our homeless folks can be notified that SFO needs them back. Take down the CCP flags and start flying the Antifa flags once again. Can I sum up this week's historic meeting is two letters? How about BS. I trust Xi about as much as I trust Mao - and I did not trust him at all."

Don't look now, but the big bad dragon came to visit yesterday. San Fransisco, (a city Xi is said to have really liked when he was here before), was all cleaned up like a shiny penny. All the vagrants and homeless folks were kicked out of town. Where did they go? That is still a mystery. But the team of Joe Biden, Gavin Newsome and London Breed made the San Fransisco that Xi saw yesterday, look like something out of an alternate universe. Oh yes - it was also replete with China's flags. Not our flags - but China's. SMH.

What was discussed and agreed upon? First off, climate change. Xi promised Biden that China would take a "do better". Huh? They are the biggest polluter in the world and are still building coal fired plants. But who cares about the facts? Next, Xi promised that China would try harder on stemming the fentanyl trade, which is killing so many young Americans. Really? This is the same thing Xi promised then President Trump back in 2019. And look how that turned out. Finally, Xi and Biden also agreed that our military leaders could talk to each other again (red phone). That is so nice.

Here is what some of our experts who are not cowed by Xi thought of yesterday's visit. Xi was sizing up Biden. Xi did let it slip that China was still going to re-unify with Taiwan. Period. Xi would like the US to just go with the flow on that one. Quit selling arms to Taiwan and accept the inevitable. Taiwan will be part of China, so United States, please don't get in the way. Xi probably suspects that after Biden gets booted out of office in January of 2025, things will get much tougher for China. Maybe make a play for Taiwan before then?

Anyone who believes this crock of manure coming out of Xi better sit down and take a chill pill. Biden and his troops may be fooled by this guy, but people in this country who study China, are not. China is out to eat our lunch. All this hogwash of Xi saying the world is big enough for two superpowers (sorry Russia), is just that - hogwash. China is still focused on their Belt and Roads program. They are still spying on America. They are still stealing our IP. And by the way, we never got a clear answer on what happened with Covid.

Once Xi leaves San Fransisco, we can get back to normal. Wherever we stashed our homeless folks can be notified that SFO needs them back. Take down the CCP flags and start flying the Antifa flags once again. Can I sum up this week's historic meeting is two letters? How about BS. I trust Xi about as much as I trust Mao - and I did not trust him at all.

Behold or beware! Quantum Centric Supercomputing is coming!

"Some might be thinking we need to stop this train. We are opening up Pandora's Box and have no clue as to what is inside. Is this the marriage of AI and quantum computing that some futurists have been warning us about? Or will this be the magic elixir where we be able to solve problems so vexing, supercomputers of today could not even touch them."

This might sound like science fiction, but it is not. Imagine going forward in time, just a few years. Some of you know that the world of computing is currently going through a huge sea change. Quantum computing, which does sound like science fiction when you hear a computer engineer explain how it works, it going to replace today's super computers. Why? According to the experts, today's Quantum Computing is going to make supercomputing, look like using an abacus in comparison.

Imagine it is the world of 2033. IBM and others will have quantum offerings which will have computing capabilities so vast, it is hard to imagine. Without going into technical details of how they work (now THAT would be a challenge for me!), let me just say the guts of these new whiz bang computing devices are known as qubits. Right now, IBM has a quantum computer called the Osprey, which houses 433 qubits. That is about how far this technology has gone right now, without running into problems such as too much heat. So, IBM is going to try to "scale" the increases in how this new technology develops.

The plan however is this - by the year 2033 (a scant ten years away), IBM wants to have a quantum centric supercomputer which houses 100,000 qubits. The amount and speed of computing this behemoth will be able to do is beyond our current comprehension. Plus, it will be a perfect place for machine learning (super AI) to advance. Maybe this is why some scientists think that 2035 will be the year we achieve singularity. Singularity will be where machines can outthink humans.

Some might be thinking we need to stop this train. We are opening up Pandora's Box and have no clue as to what is inside. Is this the marriage of AI and quantum computing that some futurists have been warning us about? Or will this be the magic elixir we need to solve problems so vexing, supercomputers of today cannot even touch them.

In any event, just about every technology company in the world is now chasing quantum computing. If they are not developing it, they want to use it. Slowing things down until we figure out the risks is out of the question. Companies and countries know that whoever gets there first, will have won (what they hope will be) the "golden fleece". Stay tuned - the future is coming quickly.

Kicking the can down the street (again and again...)

"And this is why the can always gets kicked down the street. Solving our budget dilemma is like solving a Rubik's cube with mittens on and blindfolded. What is going to happen on Friday? Who knows. Does it matter? Not really."

Here we go again. The country with a sky-high debt is going to try and get all the cats heading in the right direction so we can pass a budget - sort of. This all needs to be done by COB on Friday, or else. Or else what? Another government "shut down". This is where we furlough all the "non-essential" government workers (and there are legions of them). Wait! What, where, how, when? Can we do some simple budgeting in this country? Us families need to do that every month. No, we can't. Because we have made the process into something like a mucking fess.

I guess the new Speaker is going to try a "laddered approach" to a CR this time around. How is that going to be received? Poorly, by some. The Freedom Caucus already hates it, as it keeps some of our sky-high spending intact. Many of the Democrats hate it because - well, just because. What in the world will it do then? It will kick the can down the street, until January and February. Big flipping deal. When we get to January, then what? Grab the can and get ready to kick it again.

Trying to come up with a cohesive budget is almost laughable these days. First off, we have a president who will not sign a budget unless it spends money like monopoly money. Zero accountability. And then, we have the Democrats. The want more, as much as the Freedom Caucus of the Republicans want less.

The amount of money we bicker about every year is the discretionary part of the budget. And that is only 30%, with Defense taking up half of that 30%. Defense becomes almost sacrosanct, so everyone ends up fighting over the leftovers - the remaining non-defense, which is about 15%.

The 600-pound gorilla in the budget is Social Security and Medicare which take up a big part of the 70% of the budget which is untouchable. Until we make that "untouchable", touchable, our national debt will continue to grow like a weed.

Now we come to the sticky wickets which have not yet been addressed. We need about $100B more (out of budget costs) to fund Ukraine, Israel and to pump up Taiwan. Oh, and some more money for Border Security. Added on to that (which has not been discussed much), is a boatload of dollars to re-stock our ammo cupboard. It will take years and zillions of dollars to put back what we have used in Ukraine alone.

Final point. With the national debt expected to reach somewhere between 45 and 50 trillion dollars by 2030, it seems we are driving 100mph towards a brick wall. Already the cost of servicing our 33 trillion-dollar debt is a trillion dollars a year. Just think of how much a 50 trillion-dollar debt will cost to service.

And this is why the can always gets kicked down the street. Solving our budget dilemma is like solving a Rubik's cube with mittens on and blindfolded. What is going to happen on Friday? Who knows. Does it matter? Not really.

What happened to Russia?

"Where is all of this going to lead us? No clue. It is a mess for sure. The good news is unlike the Russians, our military is still in good shape. Nukes aside, we probably could handle Russia right now with one hand tied behind our backs."

What ever happened to the big, bad wolf? Yes, I am talking about Russia. Back in the day when I wore the uniform, Russia was our nemesis. Much more so than China. And when I say Russia, I mean the Soviet Union. They were big, they were bad. Today, after seeing how half the Russian military has been chewed up by the Ukranian Army, I wonder how bad they really are today. Knowing that half of Russia's army is laying is scrap heaps over in Ukraine, and hundreds of thousands of their troops are dead or wounded - this has not been a good experience for them. It has been their Waterloo.

Many are wondering why Russia does not just call it a day. This war in Ukraine has turned out to be nothing more than a slugfest. Who is winning? Nobody - both are losing. That is what happens in a war of attrition. Meanwhile, back in our Congress, there seems to be some reticence about sending Ukraine more blank checks. Like - is there any accountability? Was not Ukraine a corrupt country before the war? Seems to me we heard about the corruption during this Hunter Biden thing. In any event, it looks like the USA is slowing down its gravy train to Ukraine.

Some in Congress are screaming bloody murder about cutting any financial support to Ukraine. Why? Believe it or not, Ukraine is acting as a "proxy" for us in culling the Russian war machine. We pride ourselves that with this serious degradation of Russian forces, it has not cost any NATO or US military lives. The death count is high, but it just about 100% Ukrainian and Russian. The fear is if we cut back on the resources we have been giving Ukraine, the worm might begin to turn. Russia might get the upper hand. And if they do, they might go after a NATO country next. If they did that, we would have a real problem.

I know. We have gone from Ukraine on the news every single day, to almost radio silence. All the oxygen has been sucked out of the area since October 7th. Now it is the Israeli War 24 x 7. Here is the irony - as the United States is drawing closer to a government "shut down" (because we too, are running out of money), we have requests from the administration to fund Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and the southern border. The Republicans want to fund some of these requests on separate bills and use IRS funding (GREAT IDEA!) to offset the costs. The Democrats don't agree, as to them, IRS funding is sacrosanct.

Where is all of this going to lead us? No clue. It is a mess for sure. The good news is unlike the Russians, our military is still in good shape. Nukes aside, we probably could handle Russia right now with one hand tied behind our backs.

Somebody I respect on the news said something very interesting. Let's let Ukraine keep the Russian Bear tied up, so we can shift our gaze to the WestPac. Why? That is where the next action is probably going to be. It will be with the Red Dragon, not the Russian Bear. That is, unless Iran wants to dance. If that happens, then we will have a whole different kettle of fish to deal with.

What ever happened to the truth?

"I have always loved a good debate with people of good knowledge and good intentions. Today, you can't debate these Hamas demonstrators, as they have neither. I have seen some interviewed on the news, and their grasp of the facts is not there - not even close."

The other day, Bibi Netanyahu was being interviewed on the news. He was asked what he thought about all these demonstrations against Israel. He had a great answer. He said he was educated in an Ivy League school in the United States when he was a young man. Back then, it was a good education. He does not understand what has happened to education today in the United States. How young people can be so wrong when it would be easy to be so right. Bingo! Another arrow in the heart of our government education system, and then sliding into college.

Here is the truth. On October 7th, Hamas came over the Israeli border and attacked numerous innocent Israeli civilians. Many bad guys were wearing GoPro cameras to record their butchery. This was all recorded and documented, not only by the perps, but the aftermath was documented by Israeli citizens. Here is the fact - THIS REALLY HAPPENED. Hamas was the bad guy, and the innocent Israeli citizens were the good guys - the victims. How in the world this could become topsy-turvy with the mind numbed robot college kids, is a bridge too far for many of us normal folks to understand.

Many kids don't understand why Israel is living on their land and the Palestinians are not. First off, they need to read the Bible. Next, they need to study history - like how the UN allowed the Jews to have their land back in 1947. Most importantly however, these kids need to read the Holy Bible. God has something to say about this matter.

I have always loved a good debate with people of good knowledge and good intentions. Today, you can't debate these Hamas demonstrators, as they have neither. I have seen some interviewed on the news, and their grasp of the facts is not there - not even close. It saddens me, as our youth are our future. I really hope that when I was that age, I was not as clueless and gullible as today's youth are. Seriously - WAKE UP!

I have said this many times before. Today, more than ever, it is important to be on the right side of history. In other words, be on the right side of God Almighty. Know and trust Jesus. If these are in fact the birth pangs for the end times, if is of the highest importance that you be right, and not wrong.

The neighborhood bully

"Bullies only understand one thing - strength. They also know how to smell fear. They have smelled enough of our fear - time to show them the back side of our hand."

We have a neighborhood bully. Not really a bully in this neighborhood, but this guy hires others in the neighborhood to take a swing at me - sometimes more than once a day. He has not hurt me too bad so far - I have been careful. But he has hit me almost fifty times so far. He has hurt my head and bloodied my nose.

Twice, my protector has shoved him back so they will stop it. The people who work for the neighborhood bully just laugh and then they punch me again. I have asked my protector to do more than shove these people - hit them back harder than they hit me. Hit them so hard, they will stop. My protector just looks at me and says, "I can't. I am scared of what they might do." So here I sit - waiting for the next punch to come. One of these times, the punch might kill me instead of injuring me.

By now, most of you have figured out the "bully" is Iran, and the people doing the punching are their proxies. The "timid protector" is Joe Biden. It really chaps my hide to see our country, the country with the biggest (and baddest for sure) military, getting bested by this group of thugs. We have two, count them two, carriers over in the area right now. We have all kinds of different aircraft available to us. We have a nuclear sub, loaded with cruise missiles. And yet we do nothing.

If Joe Biden had been our president during World War II, we would all be speaking Japanese or German right now. We would be living in a different world. If Ronald Reagan was scared to death of the Soviets, the Soviet Union would still be around, and our Cold War might have turned hot by now. But our history is loaded with people of courage. People who would not take two seconds of crap from any bully. Obama and Biden are like a couple of scared little puppies. Donald Trump (who was president between these two), was like a German Sheppard.

As General Jack Keane would say, "It is time for this administration to stiffen its spine." In my words - man up. Time to put on a show of what the USS Gerald Ford is capable of. Time to show the bad guys what it feels like to be on the receiving end of some F-18 Super Hornets or F-35 fighters. If that is not enough, how about showing the bad guys how accurate and deadly our newest cruise missiles are. Enough with a shove - cold cock these guys! Send them into next week!

Bullies only understand one thing - strength. They also know how to smell fear. They have smelled enough of our fear - time to show them the back side of our hand.

Chicken or the egg?

"Here is a fact of life. We may be trying to 'move on' from October 7th, but Israel is not. What happened on that horrible day is tattooed in their collective memories. They will avenge the dead and find their hostages."

This is SO TYPICAL of the Biden group of misfits. The "pause". Biden's team said the IDF was going to have a series of four hour "pauses" so the innocent citizens can flee the fighting. Sounds good, except for only one thing. The IDF is already making sure thousands can flee the fighting. Why? That is the way they roll. What about the four hour "pauses"? No interest. Bibi even said so last night on Fox. No interest. The IDF is taking care of business right now, and to stop, would be beyond foolish.

Well, that is not exactly true. Bibi said that if Hamas released all the hostages, he could consider a pause. But Blinken wants a pause to negotiate a hostage release. What is going to come first? The hostage release, or a series of pauses? In other words, what is coming first, the chicken or the egg?

Watching how the Israelis react to a pause, and how Biden and his pajama boys react to a pause is interesting, to say the least. It is like night and day. Plus, when the Israelis really want to hit Blinken below the belt, they ask him how many times we paused when we went after Al Quada or ISIS. Everybody knows that answer is zero. Then the question begs to be asked - on what authority do the pajama boys have to ask the IDF to pause? Zip. Nada.

Between the leadership in our Pentagon and Joe Biden (and team) right now, we don't have warriors - we have another name for cats. One can almost smell the fear. The shaking in the boots. We have been hit forty-six times (and counting) in the past few months by Iran's proxies. We have retaliated two times. Big whoop. I guess the "don't" thing is not working out very well. Maybe if we could install someone with giant kahunas like Donald Trump for twenty-four hours, we could get back on track.

Here is a fact of life. We may be trying to "move on" from October 7th, but Israel is not. What happened on that horrible day is tattooed in their collective memories. They will avenge the dead and find the hostages. By the way - it seems Biden has forgotten that over 30 Americans were also killed. And 10 of our people are being held hostage. Oh, well.

We should have the same fervor as the Israelis do. But we do not. Why? Wake Joe Biden up and ask him. We could also as Biden about the chicken and the egg, but Uncle Joe is much more focused on being a chicken.

War drums and the fallacy of a fair fight

"The war drums are beating on the horizon. Nobody wants war, but if war is coming, we need to be ready for it. It is time to show that we have walked softly and carried a big stick long enough. Time to use that big stick."

Before the great battle of the first Gulf War, General Colin Powell is rumored to have said, "I don't like a fair fight. I like to go into battle with overwhelming odds." I put that quote right up there with the George Patton quote, "I don't want any of you men dying for your country. I want you to make the other son of a bitch die for his country." With both of these quotes, I saw leadership. In today's environment, too many of our "leaders" would ask for equity - where both sides ended up equal.

News flash: The United States has more aircraft carriers (11), than all other countries combined. In fact, it is a federal law that we have that many. Why? Because we need to have enough platforms at the ready where we can fight two wars at once - and win. If the truth be known, the eleven carriers only amount to three carriers on site. The remaining carriers are being upgraded or retrofitted or repaired. But three carriers give this nation overwhelming force.

Yesterday, we gave the Iranian proxies a little prick, a mosquito bite so to speak, to pay them back for forty-two attacks on our forces and the loss of one of our surveillance drones. Big flipping deal. We know where all these dirtbags are hiding. Rather than just a little prick, I would have hit them with a hammer. Make them feel it. Make it so bad, they would think twice about any more incursions which involved us. But our leadership is cut from the cloth of the Obama/Biden "lead from behind" diplomacy. Don't make the other side mad - just write them an angry letter. Horsefeathers! Use our force! Show them the backside of our hand!

War in coming. More and more people are now saying it. We have war-gamed Iran ever since the mid-seventies. We know how they tick. We know how they operate. They are bad actors, and most in the region know so. Who does not think they are bad actors? Other bad actors, like Russia, China, and North Korea.

One of my favorite lines from the movie The Godfather, was when Mike Corleone said it was time to "take care of all family business". I have a feeling we too, are approaching that time. Rather than the Obama/Biden/Nevil Chamberlain way of handing bad guys, it might be time to show our stuff. The next time an Iranian proxy misbehaves, smack him so hard, it will sting for a long time. Being a nice guy does not work with these people. Just like a three-day pause will not work with these people.

The war drums are beating on the horizon. Nobody wants war, but if war is coming, we need to be ready for it. It is time to show that we have walked softly and carried a big stick long enough. Time to use that big stick. The world's most lethal ship (the Gerald Ford) is on station off the coast of Israel. Time to use some of that lethality. And by the way, the Ike is in the region also. Enough said.

Lessons learned?

"This nation, which once referred to abortions as "rare", have made abortions into a form of birth control. It has become a legal matter instead of a moral matter. Many churches are now afraid to bring it up from the pulpit."

It happened again. Abortion rights, upset the apple cart. Many moderates are steaming mad at the Republican base. "Did not we learn our lesson after the 2022 election? The red wave which turned into only a red trickle?" Well, no - many of us did not. The lesson we learned was a different one than the lesson the party in general learned. Is the sanctity of innocent life more important than politics? For many Christians it is. It is the hill worth dying on. And there is the rub.

What have we learned from the Dobbs Decision? The one which abrogated the Roe Decision in the Supreme Court? Those that thought it would put an end to abortion in this country were wrong. Putting it back on the states has only localized it more than Roe did. Even though Virginia went redder during the past election due to the bullying of government education, much of that was undone in this election due to abortion rights. Virginia, which some saw having a red legislature and red governor, only now has the red governor.

This nation, which once referred to abortions as "rare", have made abortions into a form of birth control. It has become a legal matter instead of a moral matter. Many churches are now afraid to bring it up from the pulpit. What if it drives people out? What if it hurts our numbers? So, we just won't mention it. It will remain the 600 lb. elephant in the room.

Many conservatives who rally against abortion, are now looked upon as neanderthals or troglodytes. I mean come on man! It is only a lump of tissue which is being removed! Even our very "religious" president has changed his opinion on abortion. "Let er rip! First trimester or third, it does not matter!" Net result? We have over 63 million dead babies since 1973 in the United States alone. We were shocked and appalled to see how newborn babies were mutilated in Israel during the attack. Seeing how a living baby is aborted is also shocking. The movie Unplanned showed us that much.

Until our nation gets a recalibration on the moral issue of abortion, this political trend will continue. The choice for the Republicans is simple - either "join the crowd" and close your eyes on the murder of innocents or stiffen your spines and stand tall to call abortion what it is. There is no equivocation on abortion - it is very binary. Morally, it is right or wrong. Legally? Depends on which state you live in.

This election is now over, and the losers can lick their wounds and do a lessons learned. Will abortion play a role in the 2024 election? Count on it. Will it once again hurt the Republicans? Probably. Maybe the choice is this simple - stand with God's law or stand with man's law. That is for each of us to decide.

Tumbling down a hill...

"Here is my only question right now. Can we make it until the next election before Biden drags us into another war? Or depression? Not only is Biden tumbling down the hill, but he is also taking the rest of us with him."

Wow! The ship is really starting to hit the sand in Bidenville. No matter which poll you look at. Uncle Joe is not doing well. In fact, Axelrod was on some news show yesterday, and the Biden issue was discussed. His take? It is not so much his programs; it is his actuary. Huh? What a pile of crap that was! Yes, he is old, but it Biden's programs. Sure, but more than that, it is his performance as POTUS. He has laid the reverse Midas Touch on just about everything he has touched. The man with "fifty years of Washington experience", has hit this nation like a wrecking ball.

As I have said before, part of this strange performance Biden had at the get-go was from his visceral hatred of Donald Trump. This good Catholic boy, who said he was the most religious person ever to serve in the White House, has white-hot hatred in his heart for another human being. That hatred blinded him. Things that Trump did well (and there were many of them), were un-done by Joe Biden. Black became white, and up became down. All of a sudden, Biden's game of opposites had put this nation on a collision course with disaster. Now here we are, on the precipice of a major war in the Middle East.

Joe Biden's solid constituencies have become as soft as butter left on the stove. The "you ain't black if you don't vote for Biden" schtick has worn very thin in the black community. Why? Black people go to the grocery stores also. They also have suffered the pain of high interest rates. To paraphrase Carville - "It is the performance, stupid!" Joe Biden's performance has hurt just about everybody, all of the time. The net result? Joe Biden's re-election chances are tumbling down the hill.

If you are a Republican, here is the delicious news. Not only has Biden revealed himself to be a world class moron, but he has also poisoned the well for what little bench the Democrats have left. No wonder Bobby Jr. jumped off this train to nowhere. One Democrat pundit said yesterday that the party has no choice but to put Harris forward as the torch bearer should Biden drop dead or drop out. Wait - are not her numbers even lower than Bidens? Yup - she too, is a moron.

How bad of shape are the Democrats in right now? We are down to a year before the 2024 election. For some Democrat to put together a cogent campaign, that is barely enough time. But Joe Biden is still in it. Until he exits stage left, nobody else (except Dean (who?) Phillips) will throw his or her hat in the ring.

Here is my only question right now. Can we make it until the next election before Biden drags us into another war? Or depression? Not only is Biden tumbling down the hill, but he is also taking the rest of us with him.
