One of my blog readers put a note at the end of one of my articles which really had nothing to do with the article itself. It did have something to do with something he read on the melting of the ice caps. He was concerned with all that melting ice, the sea levels could rise 11 feet (shades of the ALGORE prediction for the year 2000), and flood our coastal cities. After that verdict in California yesterday, all I can say is, fine. California has turned into a series of lawless Sodom and Gomorrah cities, spread all along the coast. San Francisco is one of the worst.
The jurisprudence is so corrupt in California's sanctuary cities, and the jurists on the Kate Steinle trial were so cowed, they bought the biggest cock and bull story ever conceived. It seems our choir boy from Mexico, a convicted felon, who has been caught and released numerous times under the permissive Obama years, came back for another illegal visit. While sitting on a bench minding his own business, he happened to find something wrapped up under the bench. Upon his casual observation, he found out it was .40 caliber handgun. All of a sudden, the gun when off in his hand! By itself!
The wayward slug, fired by the gun which fired itself, stuck Ms. Steinle in the back as she was walking with her father. As Kate fell to the ground, she bled out in her father's arms. Kate died for the simple crime of going for walk on the pier. The jury bought this crock of crap, and the ILLEGAL ALIEN was acquired of all charges except one - being in possession of a firearm.
Don't think for a minute this miscarriage of justice escaped POTUS. It did not. He has had a very interest in the Kate Steinle murder for quite a while. Many of us have. Many of us who deeply care about this country and the laws which protect it.
Speaking on behalf of the good, law abiding people of this country, I have one thing to say to the Steinle family. We are so sorry for your lose. We are so sorry were could not give your family justice. Finally, we are so sorry that your state, California, has become a haven for the lawless. Kate deserved better.
The system failed Kate from the start of this chain of events.

To not being detained by ICE.
To the BLM agent leaving a loaded weapon in an unlocked car.
It is failure after failure.
A wall will not help.
Elimination of Sanctuary Cities will not help.
California being nuked or sliding into the ocean will not help.

Human Beings Fail.
