It is widely believed that once Putin is finished with Ukraine (and he probably will finish it because he has the numbers), his gaze will be fixed on the Balkans. More war, more death, only this time it will cross the threshold of NATO.
Who is the world's bad guy right now? The baddest of the bad. The Supreme Leader of Iran? Nope - he has his own kettle of fish to deal with right now within his country. He may talk tough, but he is hanging on by his fingernails. How about Xi of China? Yes, he is a bad guy for sure. And he is still practices hegemony in the region while his people suffer under a terrible economy. Could there be a revolution which overthrows the CCP in China? One could only hope.
I could go further down the list, but I will cut to the chase. Probably the worst of the worst these days, almost as bad as Adolph Hitler, is Vladimir Putin. Whatever humanism existed in him at one time had long since passed. He has ice water running through his veins. He is the incarnate of evil. Evil personified. If there is one person walking on this planet right now which could drag us into a thermonuclear hell, it would be Putin.
He is an absolute war criminal. He is a dictator. He cares nothing about sending his young countrymen into this meatgrinder called Ukraine. How so? According to a CNN article in June (if you can believe CNN), almost a million Russian soldiers have been killed or injured in Ukraine since the war started. To put that in perspective, that is more Russians killed and wounded in Ukraine, than the US had KIA in WW1, WW2, Korea and Viet Nam combined. And yet, Putin keeps sending his young men out to be slaughtered.
Why won't Putin stop? Sue for peace, accept a settlement? Because he is a pure despot. He has also kidnaped over 20,000 Ukrainian kids and sent them who knows where. He continues to target civilian hospitals, schools, apartment buildings and so forth. He is a war criminal of the first degree.

This would lead us into a Euro war, or maybe even a worldwide nuclear war.
Moreso than anybody else, the world needs to keep a sharp eye on Putin. Even though GW Bush said he looked into Putin's eyes and "could see his soul", I really wonder about that. Putin is a warmonger. That sums it up. A cold hearted, warmonger. He proudly rides on the Red Horse. Enough said.
