Two Amy's - One has class, one is an ass...

"Amy Klobuchar - I am so very glad your campaign fizzled. You are a bad Senator, and would make even a worse President. Amy Barrett - thank you for putting up with all this crap. You will make the Supreme Court even better."  

After yesterday, one thing became abundantly clear. This judge and professor, who President Donald Trump has nominated to be on the Supreme Court, is clearly a cut above the rest. And - this woman, Amy Comey Barrett, ran rings around the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee. In fact (not my words, but I wish they were), she made the Democrats "look small". 

It was like watching Mohmmad Ali during his heyday when he would "rope a dope" an opponent. Ali was so much better than many of his opponents, quite often the fight looked like Ali was just "playing with them". That is how Judge Barrett looked when she was fielding questions from the Democrats. Yes, she was that much smarter, and classier.

I was trying to figure out which Democrat Senator looked the most foolish. Tough call. Our own hotdish queen is certainly in the running. She gave a great performance - an acting performance that is. Quivering voice, pictures of constituents on tag board, sob stories. And the best part - talking down to this most qualified woman. Hotdish Amy, acted like - well, an ass. Seeing her interact with Judge Barrett, was like watching a petulant child (Klobuchar), back talk to a very wise adult (Barrett). 

The "rope a dope" lasted most of the day. Not only did Judge Barrett sit there calm, cool and collected, so did six of her children! They sat and listened, even to the insipid things which were said at times. Like what? Like when the self professed, smartest woman in the world (Senator Hirono), asked Judge Barrett if she ever raped anyone. Huh? Was this a question left over from the Kavanaugh hearings? I mean, COME ON MAN! 

Then when many of these super lifers in the Senate tried to trip Judge Barrett up by getting her to comment on cases or take positions, she invoked the "Ginsburg rule". Remember Justice Ginsburg? RBG? During her hearings, nobody questioned her on her Jewish faith. And even though EVERYONE knew she was very liberal, she was still confirmed 97 to 3. Anyhow, for a Democrat Senator to try and beat back the "Ginsburg rule", would have discredited the former justice whom many are now trying to canonize. 

It will be interesting to see if ANY Democrats in the Senate vote for Judge Barrett's confirmation. If the vote is strictly along party lines like Justice Kavanaugh's was, the Democrats have just set the bar at a new low for future confirmations. Like if there is a President Biden (or Harris), and there is an opening on the court - good luck getting any Republicans to vote for that pick(s). No, the days of getting numerous Republicans to vote for a Democrat nominee (like with Ginsburg (97-3), Sotomayor (68-31) and Kagan (63-37)) - are over. Now instead of civics, getting on the Supreme Court will be a blood sport.

Do the crime, never do the time...

"This is why so many people have decided if Biden wins the election, they are simply going to 'check out'."

I am going to give a rare shout out to the Democrats and socialists. Because of your hate mongering for our President, and the continual slop and crap you have thrown at him on a daily basis, you have obfuscated justice. What should have been a non-stop perp walk under the Trump DOJ, has not even turned into a slap on the wrist. If for some reason, the minions vote in Biden instead of giving the President a second term, many of the guilty will simply walk free.

For those of us who are law and order types, this is totally unsat. It really is. It violates all the tenets of justice as well as fairness. All the crapola which went on under the Obama Administration, the sullied and despicable nature of the Clintons, and of course, the Deep State - will all get swept under the rug if we have a President Biden and/or Harris. We will go back to a two tiered system of justice (or lack thereof). 

Even locally, the ballot harvesting which was exposed recently by Project Veritas, seems to be slipping quietly into the night. Many of the hoodlums which were arrested for looting and burning in many of the large cities, have been released with no charges. And who released them with no charges? Very liberal and/or socialists DAs. Sick of this yet? I sure am. And there is no end in sight for these acts of injustice. 

I know the President has been very frustrated with AG Barr. So have many of the rest of us. We really thought after the Mueller fiasco was over, the DOJ IG report would have named names. But it has not. All the wrong doing in the past four or five years, as well as the wrong doing under Obama, is giving the middle finger to justice. "Screw you! Catch me it you can!" It is beyond frustrating - it is infuriating. 

This is why so many people have decided if Biden wins the election, they are simply going to "check out". Instead of screaming at the sky, yelling obscenities, or crying like the lefties did when Trump won in 2016, many of the citizens and patriots will simply not recognize a President Biden and Vice President Harris as being legitimate. They will not recognize our government as being socialist. And they certainly will not recognize a return to a two tiered system of justice.

"Do the crime, never do the time." I hate that. I hate we have that in our country right now. We need four more years of Donald Trump to start fixing this. If not, this party might be over.     

The Strib strikes again!!!

Just when you thought it might be safe to go into the water, it is not. Our local newspaper is not yet finished with making a fool of itself. This time with another wacky endorsement. As us local types know, Tina Smith first came to Washington by a fluke. This former director of Minnesota's Planned Parenthood (yes, the baby killing factory), was appointed by then Governor Mark "Goofy" Dayton. He thought she would be an excellent replacement, after Crazy Al Franken had some alleged groping issues, and needed to resign. 

Now Smith is up for re-election. She is running on her record. I'm sorry - what exactly is her record, other than being a rubber stamp vote for Chucky Schumer? Bottom line - she is like Biden. In the Senate, neither Biden nor Smith have done spit. Oh she talks a good game through her cloth mask - but it is just sound and fury. Her real record however, is the one she amassed at Planned Parenthood. If we had a media worth anything, I bet there are gruesome tales to tell from that place! 

The man whom is challenging her, is well known to many in this state. I have met him (more than once), and I have a friend who knows him quite well. Jason Lewis is an intellectual giant. I know that sounds odd, but he really is. He is wicked smart, on a great many issues. But knowing our Constitution and system of government, is where he really shines. He can run circles around most who serve in Washington. Putting him up against Tina Smith is unfair to Tina. Yes, Jason is that much smarter. 

I listened to Jason when he was on the radio for many a year. He was entertaining, smart, and glib. His nickname was well deserved - "Mr. Right". But just like with Jeff Johnson, who was probably the most qualified man to run for Governor in a long, long time, the Strib snubbed Jason, just like they did Jeff. Why? The Strib loves DFL tools like Omar, Frey, Walz and Smith. They don't rock the boat. They are team players, for the establishment. Because of people like them, we have the state's largest city which is barely habitable, and sky high taxes for just about everyone who works. PLUS - they all support Slo Joe, who has promised to take our taxes even higher.

Right now, we have an excellent slate of candidates running for many important offices. Besides the re-election of President Donald Trump, we have Jim Hagedorn in CD 1, Tyler Kistner in CD 2, Kendall Qualls in CD 3, Lacy Johnson in CD 5, Tom Emmer in CD 6, Pete Stauber in CD 8, and Jason Lewis for US Senate. Electing or re-electing these fine folks would do quite a bit for our state. But most of these folks, the Strib can't stand. Why? They are iconoclasts. They will overturn the tables which exist in the Deep State. In other words, they will get stuff done.

These days, getting a non-endorsement from the Strib is like a badge of honor with the citizens and patriots. We know that our fine candidates which do NOT get endorsed by this fish wrap newspaper must be doing something right. November cannot come soon enough.     

 

A shocking endorsement!

Here is a fact. Nobody with more than 5% of a brain, believes ANY of the media is unbiased today. And the Strib is now, and always has been, one of the worst.

This morning, I about fell out of my chair! As I was looking at some of the online news, the local fish wrap newspaper popped up. Even though the election is still three weeks away, the Strib editorial board has made its pick. And I was shocked! I mean, this paper is the same one which endorsed our current Governor, because they said he would be so good for Minnesota. And we all know how that worked out. And in 2016, it endorsed Hillary, because she would be good for America. Like she was good for the health and well being of Ambassador Stevens. Yes, this morning the Strib endorsed Slo Joe Biden.

I did not read the article. I did not have to. I can almost imagine what it said. The title was something like Biden would "Ignite and reunite America". Huh? Like when he and his wingman Obama divided us like the San Andreas Fault? Tell me Joe, what has changed since the last time you were part of the administration? I mean, besides the fact you have gotten goofier, more touchier to the ladies, and a heck of a lot more confused.

I would say it is run by a bunch of Commies, but that is an insult to Communists. The editorial board at this paper is way, way beyond what you have in Pravda. They have hated Donald Trump ever since he announced. And - when he started to dissect the Deep State and drain the swamp, then he became more than hated and loathed. He was an iconoclast, a bull in the China shop, one who was turning over the tables in the temple. In short, he was fixing what had been broken for a long, long time.

What will a Biden Administration do then? Nothing. Nothing except more of the same crap he did when he was hooked up with Obama. More taxes, more regulations, more abortions, more illegal immigration, more lawyers, more judges and justices on our courts, and on and on. All the good that Donald Trump has worked so hard to obtain, will be wiped out in a heartbeat. And then when the Article 25 thing which Ms. Nancy is working on kicks in, we will have President Harris, with a selected Vice President like AOC. 

One more endorsement which is equally as shocking. Gretta, who is not even from here, is also endorsing Slo Joe. Why? HOW DARE SHE NOT! Joe will fix the climate by putting us back in the stone age. What the pandemic could not do, Biden's economic plan will finish.

There you have it. Another fine piece of editorial nonsense from the Strib. The best thing about this hometown newspaper, is their editorial opinions start on the front page, and continue on from there. And that is why, so many citizens and patriots HATE that poor excuse for a newspaper. Glenn Taylor should be ashamed. 

Ms. Nancy's Quiver...

"As Sleepy Joe loves to say, 'here's the deal folks' - the list of accomplishments Donald Trump has under his belt from his first term is nothing short of extraordinary." 

Happy belated birthday Ms. Nancy! I missed a big one, and I am sorry! Seems late last winter, you turned 80 years old! Wow! And I thought I was old! You are a fossil! And guess what? If you win re-election again (from the very "conservative state" of California), you will turn 81 shortly after the new congress convenes. And you have the gall, the audacity, to tell our President he is not fit for office! Oh, the hubris you socialists have!

I will say this. You have worked you saggy little butt off, trying to get rid of this President. You started going after him ever since he took the oath of office. You have thrown everything at him, but the kitchen sink. Nothing has worked. No amount of scum or poop you have thrown against the wall has stuck. Then not too long ago, you came up with your new marquee line. "We have more arrows in our quiver." Huh? What are you talking about woman? We have American people out here who need stimulus help - like now! And you are using archery talk on our President? Just so you can continue to try and destroy him?

We all know what one of the items in your quiver is. That spineless Joe Biden will not confess to it either. When asked directly, Sleepy Joe says, "I will let you know once I am elected." Yes, court packing. As much as Donald Trump has tried to legitimize our court system, the Democrats want to weaponize it, by packing the courts. Fact. But it they admitted it right now, that might spook some of the suburban women who are now leaning towards Biden. As it is, people who are paying attention know the dangers of packing the court. It would turn our republic into a banana republic. But many suburban woman don't care. They don't care if we become a banana republic. They just don't like Trump's mannerisms.

Then late in this past week, Ms. Nancy came up with her next zinger. Another "arrow" from her depleted quiver. She is going to enact a panel to study how to invoke the 25th Amendment. You know, get a bunch of useful idiots to convince the minions the President is not fit for office. Like maybe his age - even though Trump is like a kid compared to the ancient Speaker of the House. Or Biden. She has even dropped hints that "The President is not himself as of late." Like, ever since he came down with Covid - 19. Speaking for many citizens and patriots - good luck on that one, Nancy!

As Sleepy Joe loves to say, "here is the deal folks" - the list of accomplishments Donald Trump under his belt from his first term is nothing short of extraordinary. True, he sometimes has a rough and tough manner, but he gets things done for the American people. All the American people - independent of race, creed or sex. Donald Trump keeps his promises. He has earned the right to be re-elected many times over. To the conservatives, Donald Trump is like Reagan on steroids. To the Democrats, he is like a vampire - sucking all the life out of the Deep State.

That is it folks. Ms. Nancy's quiver. She thinks it is full of golden arrows, just poised to take down an evil President. Most of us look at her quiver the same way we looked at the Russia Hoax. It is full of sound and fury, yet signifies nothing.    

2020 - The election which will settle nothing

"How bad could it get? The most anti-conspiracy theorists I know, are starting to sense that something bad is on the horizon. Something evil this way comes."

Everyone looking forward to November 3rd? Some are, many are not. Just about everyone however, is dreading November 4th. Why? Because this election will settle nothing. More and more folks who are much smarter than I, are admitting that now. This election will be meaningless, no matter who wins. Again, why? Because the folks on the losing side of the equation, will refuse to be governed by those who won.

How is that going to work. Actually, we have seen this evolving ever since the year 2000. That was the year of the "hanging chad". The year when the election was so razor thin, the Supreme Court had to eventually settle it. "Selected not elected", was the battle cry from the left. "Not my President", referring to the newly elected President Bush (43). The country was a mess.

And then in 2001, we had 9/11. As horrible and heinous as that act of terror was, for a short period of time, the nation was united. But the respite was way, way too short to heal our deepening wound. The Democrats in Congress pummeled President Bush. And do to this, because of his manner, or his deep Christian faith, Bush took the 40 lashes - sometimes on a daily basis. 

After eight years, the American people were looking for a uniter. They were tired of seeing their President being nothing more than a punching bag. Then the next election was held. What they got with our 44th President, was just the opposite. He was the biggest divider in American history. The great dividing of American was now in full bloom.

Some say our divide really started during the Clinton Administration, when Bill Clinton sullied the Oval Office. Some say it might have even been earlier than that. Right now, it really does not matter. Dinesh D' Souza, author of the new book Trump Card, was on the radio earlier in the week. He said something very profound. "The losers in the next election might band together and form their own shadow government. They will work within that government, instead of the duly elected government". 

Many citizens and patriots have vivid memories of what it was like to live under the Obama/Biden Administration. They don't want to go back to those days. They also don't like the socialist influence that the Squad, or VP Harris will have on this new government. By the same token, anarchists and socialists have had it with the law and order system of government the Trump Administration has established. If President Trump is re-elected, many of the lawless tribes have vowed to "burn it all down".

How bad could it get? The most anti-conspiracy theorist types I know, are starting to sense that something bad is on the horizon. Something evil this way comes. What will November 4th bring? I shudder to think about it. 

On the news this morning, it was reported that some hotel in New Mexico is actually built into the side of a mountain. The hotel is having a contest, where you can win a five day stay (during the election), literally staying under a massive rock. Right now, that idea has gone from ridiculous to tantalizing. And that is where this nation is right now. Looking to hid under a rock in November. 

 

Panic porn?

"How Covid - 19 became an election issue is beyond me. Vice President Pence was corrected to call Harris out on this point. The Swine Flu could have been much worse, and Obama/Biden might have really mucked it up."

Last night during the debate, the Vice President challenged Kamala Harris on how the Obama/Biden team handled their pandemic. Wait - what? There was no pandemic during the Obama years! We should know, as most of us were around back then! According to the media, this pandemic (Covid - 19), this world ender, is the first since the Spanish Flu. Actually, the Vice President was correct. We did have a pandemic from 2009 to 2010. It was called the Swine Flu.

Yes, but the Swine Flu was NOTHING compared to Covid - 19, right? No - it was worse. Get ready for this one - by the time it was over, it infected up to 20% of the world's population. 60,000,000 people in this country caught it. To date with Covid - 19, about 7,500,000 people in this country have become infected. 

Pence had a good point. If the Swine Flu was as contagious and deadly as Covid - 19, how would have Obama/Biden have handled it? As it was, most folks have no clue we were even in a pandemic. Baseball and football went on, church services went on, normal work place activities went on, normal school went on, and no masks were mandated. And yet, the Swine Flu infected 20% of our population.

In 2004, during the Bush (43) Administration, the Bird Flu was the big threat. It was so scary, the WHO estimated it could turn into a pandemic and sicken 1/3 of the population in the United States. Besides the name of this disease, does anyone remember masking up, or taking other precautions? No. Even though the Bird Flu is still around, it has mutated into something much less harmful or scary.

What is my point? Bush (43) was lucky the Bird Flu was not much, much worse. Obama was lucky the Swine Flu was not much, much worse. Once again, Obama was lucky that MERS in 2014 was not much, much worse. Under Trump, we have Covid - 19. The death toll in the short period of time we have had it on our shores, is somewhere between 10,000 and 210,000 - depending if you count the comorbidity deaths.

How Covid - 19 became an election issue is beyond me. Vice President Pence was correct to call Harris out on this point. The Swine Flu could have been much worse, and Obama/Biden might have really mucked it up. Biden has been very critical of Trump for not wearing a mask more often. Guess what? Most honest virologists tell us most masks are useless. Biden said we need to follow the science more. Okay Joe - here is the science. Unless everyone is wearing a N-95 or N-100 mask, other masks are of limited value. That is the science - now COME ON, MAN!

This pandemic has spawned enough panic porn to last for decades. Most believe this pandemic will be over in 2021. I am one of those people. My fear is how long the panic porn will last once this disease is tamed down. Panic porn has us living like hermits. And Americans do not do well, living like hermits.
