Strzok Out!

If you ever wanted to waste a few hours of your precious life, all you would need do is turn in to the Peter Strzok hearings. How bad were they at times? Put your fingers in your ears and close your eyes bad. If you ever needed to see once again just how divided this country is, and how important this next election is going to be, all you would need do is tune in and watch. As the Democrats tried to lionize this shameful FBI agent, the Republicans were trying to (finally) get to the truth. Half the time, Strzok just sat back and watched, as the Hatfield's and the McCoy's went after each other instead of him.

As I am watching this with both fascination and disbelief today, a single thought crossed my mind. This guy with the odd name, made his way to the upper echelons of the FBI. This agent who could show no fidelity to his wife, no fidelity to the Commander in Chief, should have been as contrite as a choir boy when he was being questioned under oath. But he was not. He was combative and feisty.

When Trey Gowdy was questioning him, Strzok had to answer through almost clenched teeth. Oh, how he wanted to lay one of his famous "F Bombs" on Mr. Gowdy! But as crooked as he is, he is still smart enough to know that would have sealed his fate. So he sat there and gave Gowdy a series of non-answers. Over and over and over again. 

The best question of the day which was asked numerous times was, "Mr. Strzok - since you have such animus towards President Trump, and such favor towards Mrs. Clinton, why did you not recuse yourself at the start of the process?" Strzok's answer? "I see a bright line between my personal feelings and my professional job." I could not have yelled B.S. louder at my TV or radio!

I bet Lisa was at home just about wetting her pants, thinking about sitting in the chair getting grilled by Trey and the rest of his team. She is suppose to be up tomorrow. That might be must see T.V. - that is, if she does not chicken out again. I want to see her, Lynch, Holder Uma, Hillary, Bill, and yes, even Obama also take the stand. This corruption in the Obama Administration reminds me of an outhouse - the deeper you dig in the pit under the toilet seat, the worst the smell.

With the Democrats running the oversight committees, the bad guys in this country would be on a "bus man's" holiday.

I have said enough, seen enough, and heard enough on this topic for the day. I think it is time for a drink. Maybe a strong one.
