"Again, on the news this morning, a national pundit asked if Minnesota could or would ever recover from these back-to-back body slams of Floyd riots and ICE OUT mayhem. Nobody, except for Pagans and anarchists would ever want to live here again. Minneapolis, with St. Paul right behind, has done a splendid job of driving out anybody who is normal and productive."
As the city of Minneapolis continues to devolve into a sewer of anarchy and mob rule, and more and more of the city's employers wonder why in the {blank} they are still here, Donald Trump has upped his game. He is pulling the existing management team of Border Patrol and ICE out of this war-torn city, and dispatched Tom Homan with a message for Frey and Walz. Anybody who thinks Homan is coming here to capitulate, better have another cup of coffee. He is coming here with a direct message from the president.
What the anarchists and latter-day hippies don't realize as yet, they have taken a city which is still of life support after the torching it suffered from the Floyd riots and made it radioactive. Our own Chernobyl. A real "no-go" zone for anybody normal. To attempt to apply triage to this gaping wound, Trump's message (via Homan) to the self-proclaimed "knucklehead" governor and his boy mayor is simple and direct. Minneapolis still protects over 1,000 of the "worst of the worst", and Trump expects Minnesota (in an orderly fashion) to hand them over to ICE. It really is that simple.
Why send Tom Homan to deliver this message? Quite simply is this - Homan was Trump's first pick for one of the toughest jobs in government. Homan is a cop's cop. He is a no nonsense, get it done, type of guy. And his BS filter is so full after being a cop for over 30 years, there is no more room for any more of that crap. He is here to tell the "leadership" in Minnesota that the feds will work with them. BUT - first things first. Federal law must be obeyed. Period. End of story.
Again, on the news this morning, a national pundit asked if Minnesota could or would ever recover from these back-to-back body slams of Floyd riots and ICE OUT mayhem. Nobody, except for Pagans and anarchists would ever want to live here again. Minneapolis, with St. Paul right behind, has done a splendid job of driving out anybody who is normal and productive. Here is the irony - Minnesota still has lots and lots of very fine and normal people living here. You only need to get outstate to run into them.
Mary Tyler Moore would be spinning in her grave if she could see what a mess Minneapolis has become. So would my mother who spend a career working downtown at Dayton's. Now it is nothing more than roving mobs, mayhem, anarchy and nihilism. Secular humanism is the new religion, and hedonism is their calling card. Sad, sad day.
