Biden's Bravado

"Love him or hate him, you have to admit one thing about Putin. He is a leader. He is a strong leader. He is a man Trump wanted to deal with, not fight with. Trump saw opportunities in dealing with Putin. Opportunities without capitulation."

This is it. The week. The "showdown at the OK Corral". It is when our accidental President, Joe "I am going to take you out behind the gymnasium, and kick your ass" Biden, is going to "school" Vladimir Putin. So predicts CNN and MSNBC (as well as much as the print media). Joe is going to don his aviator glasses, and put on his Maverick persona. You know - Maverick from Top Gun.

How is this going to play out? First off, some context. Slo Joe will be the 5th US President that Biden has dealt with. Plus, once Pelosi and crew does an Amendment 25 on Biden, Harris will be the 6th President that Biden will deal with. But I am getting ahead of myself. Right now, Biden is in the batter's box. He will be the one to come face to face with this former KGB officer.

I almost feel sorry for Biden. Many, including myself, think that Putin will not have any respect for his elders. He will eat Biden's lunch. Even though the American MSM thinks Biden will "school" Putin, the opposite is much more likely to happen. Why? Putin studies America. Has since his KGB days. He knows what the pulse of America was under Trump - and he knows what the pulse is now. He knows more about the real America right now, than our foggy headed President does. He knows where all our warts and bruises are. If Biden tries to scold Putin on any aspect of Russia, it's expansionisms, or cyber mischief, Putin will fire back with all guns blazing.

Putin recently had a presser with a home town media source. He was asked about Trump and Biden. He really liked and respected Trump. He liked the fact Trump came out of nowhere (politically), and had guts. Russians have always respected power - and loathe weakness. Biden on the other hand (again according to Putin), is nothing more than a life long politician. And that is about all he could say about Biden. Reading between the lines? Putin thinks Biden is an empty suit - no more, no less.

The only smart thing Biden's handlers insisted on, was not having a joint presser once his meeting with Putin was over. Why? So Biden could "spin" what happened in the meeting. If Putin were there, he would correct Slo Joe, or worse, make Biden look confused. No, having a joint presser with one man in the early stages of dementia, and the other an experienced KGB officer, would have been a non-starter for the Biden legacy.

What does Biden see in Putin? A bully. A villain. Maybe even an ogre. That type of thinking is going to put us right back into a very cold war with Russia. Welcome to Obama, part 3. 

  

Is Minneapolis Dying?

"As an American, I am ashamed of our big, blue cities these days. Who in the world would want to come visit here? Minneapolis has gone from a city of life and zest, to a hell hole. It has gone from a city where everything and everyone works, to a dysfunctional dystopia."

I have told this story before. As a young lad, I often times would ride the bus downtown with my Mother, when she would do some shopping. It was a thrill for me to do so - not that I loved to shop, but Mom always managed to buy a little something special. Plus, from time to time, she would take me to lunch at the Sky Room, which was on one of the top floors at Dayton's.

As time passed, I went from a little kid to Jr. High School. My Mother got a part time job working at Dayton's business office. In the summer time, I would often take the bus downtown, visit Mom, and then hang around. All totally safe. 

As most clear thinking folks know, the Minneapolis of yesteryear, looks NOTHING like the Minneapolis of today. In fact, parts of Minneapolis look more like war torn Beirut, than the city I grew up next to. In just a few short decades, it has gone from a model city most could be proud of, to something that resembles a "no man's land". It is currently a place of anarchy, lawlessness, and paganism. It is run by socialists who do not know a dit from a DUH, and there is no hope on the horizon.

Yesterday, there was yet again another protest in the Uptown area. It was about a police involved shooting of a black man in an uptown parking ramp. The specifics of the shooting are sketchy, as it involved law enforcement who were not wearing body cameras. To make a long story short, somebody, for some reason, drove his car into a group of protesters. Two were injured, and one person died. These days, incidents like this, are just a day in the life. Tragic - yes, rare - not so much.

As crime continues to spike, and more and more innocents are forced to move out of the city, the City Council is still dedicated to defunding, and blunting the effectiveness of the MPD. Social Justice Warriors have allowed crime to rule the day in certain parts of the city. Streets which were at one time safe for families to walk down, are now hunting grounds for predators. Driving around town in a nice car, is inviting carjackers to look upon you as a target. Where people at one time were proud to say they were from Minneapolis, now many are happy they live FAR from Minneapolis. 

I never thought I would see the day that Minneapolis would become "hollowed out", like Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis or Detroit. Minneapolis was too classy for that. The people who lived in Minneapolis, were too smart for that. Well, things changed. Socialism replaced good and sound governance. Love of self, replaced love of God. Even minor disputes went from talking it out, to shooting it out. 

As an American, I am ashamed of our big, blue cities these days. Who in the world would want to come visit here? Minneapolis has gone from a city of life and zest, to a hell hole. It has gone from a city where everything and everyone works, to a dysfunctional dystopia. It is a place where most people from outstate and Greater Minnesota, gladly stay away from. 

Is there any hope for this once great city? Not so long as the voting electorate remains monolithic. This is now a one party town, with that party sliding further to the left every election. It is like having a slice of Venezuela tucked into the middle of our state. No, Minneapolis is dying. A slow, and painful death. Some are grieving its loss - yet others simply shrug and say, "kick some dirt over it, before it starts to stink."  

The CCP - pandemic and climate villains extraordinaire!

"Does China care? Not a wit. Does China feel bad about the pandemic they caused? Maybe - or maybe they are only sorry they got caught before their 'big event'. What is the 'big event'? We need to get into Wuhan to find out. And quickly."   

This week, there is a G7 meeting in the UK. One of the things discussed will be Joe Biden's pet rock - climate change. By the way, in case anyone is not paying attention, the US and the EU have much improving carbon emission numbers. Like, anywhere from 7 to 17 percent better in 2020 than in 2019. What gives? Mostly improved due to the pandemic. But, wait. How can our numbers be better, and China's numbers are predicted to be catastrophic by 2030? No simple explanation, but some very important markers are evident.

According to a report on NBC News last month, the pandemic did have a minor bright side. It made our air noticeably cleaner. When the world shut down (so to speak), we did not emit as many pollutants into the air. Except for China (who somehow escaped the brunt of the pandemic which they caused), most of the world traveled less, and produced less. But here is the kicker. We learned much from the year in which we were locked down. Like, how to work remotely, where a job would allow it. That meant less travel to and from the office. Less travel, means less pollution, and less wasted time sitting in traffic.

China pollutes more than the US and EU combined. Plus - with their Belt and Road Initiative, they expect to hit peak emissions by 2030. What? Wait - I thought the Paris Accord, which Biden loves, has the world reducing emissions, before we fry to death. Well, sort of. China was given a pass, so they could continue on this massive expansion. But now, the World Economic Forum thinks that was a huge mistake. They want China to hit their peak by 2025 instead. In other words, for the next four years, while Biden tries to put us back in the stone age, China has an open pass to go great guns (literally and figuratively).

By the way, the World Economic Forum also said, if China goes until 2030 to hit its peak, our increase in global temperature could be .5 degrees (C) higher. According to the Forum, that would portend bad things for the rest of the world. More droughts and more dead coral. But who cares? We can suffer, so long as China gets theirs. 

Not to change subjects, but this is important to bring up. Besides China being a global climate wrecker, their pandemic numbers were beyond stunning. Like, for a country of 1.44 billion people, they somehow only had (a reported) death toll of less than 5,000. The US on the other hand, with a population of 331 million people, lost almost 600,000 to the pandemic. Since the pandemic originated in China, how did they get away with just a brush while the rest of us had a kick in the solar plexus? That means, besides wrecking the climate, China is also responsible for millions of dead and suffering worldwide. That is, except for themselves. What say you, Joe Biden? Or are you just too owned by China to say anything?

In this country, everything is getting cleaner every year. To help ourselves continue to get cleaner air, as well as to give employees a benefit, keep the practice of remote office working where practicable. But remember, while we are getting cleaner, while China raises the global temperature.

Does China care? Not a wit. Does China feel bad about the pandemic they caused? Maybe - or maybe they are only sorry they got caught before their "big event". What is the "big event"? We need to get into Wuhan to find out. And quickly.   

 

"Break stuff and **** people"

In fact, this clueless President is so convinced this new boogey man exists in our services, he ordered the new SecDef to do a force wide 'stand down' to ensure any white privilege or white fragility is purged.

There is an old saying about Marines. In boot camp and thereafter, they are trained to be at the ready to go into battle. In short, if need be, there were there to "break stuff and k*** people". Now I have worked for, worked with, and had Marines working for me in my Navy career. Marines are not knuckle dragging Neanderthals. They are some of the finest men and women I served with. That being said, Marines, if need be, can be ferocious warriors.

Our accidental President met with some of our brave troops  the other day after arriving in the UK. His pep talk to the troops was to once again describe the greatest villain they could face. The Chinese? The Russians? North Koreans? Martians? No? Then who? The climate. We are training our troops to be prepared to fight the climate. Or should I say, climate change. Please folks - don't roll your eyes and snicker. He really did say that.

Just so you don't think Biden is myopic, there is yet one more villain he wants vanquished from and by the Armed Forces. White supremacy. Wait - what? Where did that come from??? It seems January 6th gave Biden new freedom to go after this new boogey man of his. If there are tons of white supremacists in the services, does that also mean there are a bunch of racists there also? It there are, I never saw them. Nor the white supremacists. Not in my 21 years of service.

In fact, this clueless President is so convinced this new boogey man exists in our services, he ordered the new SecDef to do a force wide "stand down" to ensure any white privilege or white fragility is purged. You know - make pajama boys and girls out of our fighting men and women. If this new SecDef, a retired general, had a pair, he would have thrown his badge down on Biden's desk and resigned. "No sir! You are wrong!" he should have said. But he did not. He just went along with the flow. 

Joe Biden is so bad for this country for so many reasons. However, what he is trying to do to our military is way, way beyond the pale. I am so ashamed of this POTUS. And I grieve for our forces, that they have to serve under this man. Shame, shame, shame on you Biden.    

   

And now - 1,000,000 more illegals under Biden

The good news and the bad news. Okay - there is no good news. Now the bad news. Under Biden, we are on track to get 1,000,000 more illegals coming up through the southern border this year. In May, Border Patrol apprehended over 180,000 people. In just one month. Plus - that is the number which were apprehended. It does not count the number of "get aways". How big of a number is 1,000,000? The size of Columbus, Ohio. Biden and the socialists have a plan, and it seems to be working perfectly. The plan is to flood the zone with illegals. Congrats, America wreckers. You plan is coming together.

Between the cost of the trip, and the cost of the aid promised, we taxpayers payed billions to send Commie Harris to Guatemala and Mexico. Why? To search out the "root cause" of illegal immigration. Hey Commie, do you want to know the answer? It does not lie in the Triangle Countries, nor Mexico. It lies on the southern border. The cause lies with you and your boss (not to mention your puppet masters).

The American people, the real people, are reaching their tipping point with Harris and Biden. If the plan is to once again tilt this next election by using slight of hand (this time will illegals), I shudder to think what the outcome will be. If ballot harvesting and illegal voting lead to another unearned socialist victory in 2022, the ramifications could be dire. It is imperative that for the sake of the Union, we get our voting squared away, and squared away now. November of 2022 is not that far away.

Here are more more problems with the 1,000,000 illegals expected to broach our southern border this year. Drugs. Gangs. Trafficking. Tucker Carlson went to Honduras to interview MS-13 gang members in prison down there. One gang member, who agreed to talk to Tucker, admitted to being in the United States (illegally). When asked how he got here, he nonchalantly said he rode on a train going north. Easy, peasy.

Biden, who is wrecking the country in broad daylight, in view of just about everyone, has an approval rating in the 60 percent range. This speaks volumes about the electorate more so than what it says about the Democrats. That this many people can be cowed by these phonies, is a head scratcher for sure. 

I was going to write about the military today. About how the new enemies today are (per Biden), global warming and white nationalism. But I could not do it. It would have been too painful to write about. Maybe tomorrow.   

 

A cookie? Or just the crumbs?

"Here is something of humor and irony which was noticed by the press. Protesters. Protesters with signs. Some saying 'Trump Won!'. Wait a minute! I thought these countries (like Guatemala) were all staunchly Democrat. Maybe not so much." 

This will come under the category of "you just can't make this stuff up!" Our Vice President, who is far away from being ready for prime time, went on her first overseas trip. And for some reason, which is clear to nobody with a brain, she brought some "cookies" with her. Cookies which had her face (sans features) on them. What? Why? What the what? As weird as this was, it was probably the most normal thing which happened on her BIG overseas adventure.

She first went to Guatemala. Met with the President of Guatemala. She told the President she was there to find the "root causes" on why so many people from Guatemala make that dangerous trek up to the southern border. Oh, don't worry - the President of Guatemala knows the reason. It is spelled B-I-D-E-N. The President of Guatemala calls Biden the immigration President. He knows that Biden is the one who sounded the clarion call for people from the Triangle Countries, as well as Mexico, to come to America. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE!!!!

As Harris stumbled around before a live microphone, she said absolutely nothing of substance. She gave the President of Guatemala some cookies, and a few billion dollars, then left. Wait - what was the money for? Is not Guatemala a very corrupt country? What were the conditions? As far as we know, only one. Any Guatemalan citizen who makes it to America, must vote Democrat for the rest of his or her life.

Here is something of humor and irony which was noticed by the press. Protesters. Protesters with signs. Some saying "Trump Won!". Wait a minute! I thought these countries (like Guatemala) were all staunchly Democrat. Maybe not so much. 

The next day was Mexico. Equally disappointing. More cookies, more money. But what about the southern border? Is that not where the action is? If she is looking for the "root causes" for out of control immigration, this is where it is. Oh - and also the White House. That is where it all started. 

People used to think that Dan Quale was a huge "nothing burger" as Veep. Quale was 1,000 times better than this clueless California statist. The best thing that Biden can do with her, is take her visa and passport away. Keep her in the same basement that Biden hid in during the campaign. 

That is all I have today. I am going to munch on a faceless Harris cookie and relax for a while. Watching the news this morning, took way too much out of me. 

A most tangled web of deceit...

By the time all the truth is known, if it ever is known, it will be interesting to see just how many people, and or organizations, and or governments are involved in this entire virus caper. The feeling I have right now, as well as many, many others is simply this - the truth has taken a back seat in trying to understand this entire Wuhan flu debacle. There are many dirty hands in this, and yes, some might even be American.

I don't want to go over the same ground I plowed yesterday. We all know that China is dirty - very dirty on this. But China may have been too cute by half in trying to cover their dastardly deed. This morning on the news, Dr. Muller was interviewed. Dr. Muller was one of the two scientists who wrote that article in the WSJ on June 6th. The one which said from a forensic standpoint, this virus could not have evolved naturally. Period. End of story. It was manufactured by a gain of function method of gene splicing.

So, here is the $64,000 question. Now that we know China (the CCP of China) was dirty on causing this world wide massacre, what are we going to do about it? Does Mr. "Sippy Cup", "Put a cap on it", have the guts to grab Xi (figuratively) by the short hairs? I mean, China has just about the entire world cowed for some reason or other. Don't think so? Let's look at the UK.

Right now, the UK has the international legal authority go back into Hong Kong and once again claim it as theirs. They could, and they should, abrogate the Sino-British Joint Declaration Treaty. Why? It is worth less than toilet paper. The CCP could not wait to violate this treaty. It was signed in 1997, and by 2014, MPs in Parliament already were saying China was in full breach of this treaty. Hong Kong was supposed to have been autonomous until 2047 (50 years after signing). How is that working out for Hong Kong? Poorly, very poorly.

What is Great Britain going to do about China? For what they are doing to Hong Kong? Nada. Zip. Zero. Why? The Brits are cowed by China. Scared silly. What is the UN going to do about China, when the forensic evidence is absolute and immutable on the Wuhan lab involvement in making this virus? Again, crickets. 

Here is the biggest fear of many who study China and how they behave. Covid-19 might have only been a dry run. A dry run which got out of the lab by accident. Here is where the speculation comes in. Speculation which might have many grains of truth imbedded in it. The CCP wants to make a super killer. A lethal virus. One which can be made only by the most sophisticated gain of function gene splicing. Call it a "pass over" virus. It will pass over any and all who have Chinese DNA. For the rest of us, this virus could be a death sentence.

Okay China. That is the accusation by many right now. Prove us wrong. Open up your labs. And what if they don't? Ask Mr. Biden what his next move will be. And that next move better not be nappy time. This is as real as real gets Biden. Now put your big boy pants on, and deal with this issue.
