Tired of all this globalism BS?

"Globalism got this country nothing but used. No longer. We will still work with our allies, and then try and broker the right kind of deals with our adversaries. But we will no longer be the patsies. Keep it up POTUS, keep it up."

Okay - can't say we didn't try it. Globalism. Being a part of the world community. A good global citizen. Blah, blah, blah. What at bunch of tripe. What did globalism get us during the Obama regime? Russian and China went hog wild, North Korea became a super power, and Iran won the deal of the century, thanks to us. PLUS - our trade deficits kept growing, and we continued to foot most of the bill for the UN and NATO. Other than that, it was all good.

Then came the elections of 2016. Sixteen of the most skilled Republican candidates one could imagine, vying for the top job in the country. Oh yes, there was also this real estate guy from New York running, who had zero experience in government. However, he did know one thing - globalism sucked and it was getting us nowhere fast. He knew we were better than that. He knew America was better than that. He wanted to make America great again. So that become his anthem - and the crowd loved it!

Donald Trump is quickly making his mark on the United States Presidency. The thing he wants almost as much as making America great again, is making our government efficient again. And that is a tall order. Why? The Deep State is still contaminating our very roots. Plus, entrenched, recalcitrant Democrats are out to sabotage every move this President makes. So because Donald Trump grew up in the world of business, the dog eat dog world of Manhattan real estate, he knows how to maneuver around sharp edges.

He got tired of begging Congress for the funds to build this most needed southern wall. Fine - he directed his people to tell him what he did have the authority and jurisdiction to do. Wala! Send the National Guard to the border. Then build part of the wall on military bases which border Mexico with DOD funds. Trump knows there is more than one way to skin a cat.

Once again, Trump and his team are playing chess while the lap dog media continues to play tidily winks. During the White House briefing today, DHS Secretary Nielsen gave a briefing on the wall and the troops soon to be sent to the border. She was to the point, factual and brief. When she opened it up for questions from the press, it was if they all just came out of electro-shock treatment. They could not believe it! He can't do all that!!! Oh, yes lap dogs, he can - and he will.

Globalism got this country nothing but used. No longer. We will still work with our allies, and then try and broker the right kind of deals with our adversaries. But we will no longer be the patsies. Keep it up POTUS, keep it up.
