What is going on???

"What is next? Something floating over Minnesota? Maine? Michigan? It seems that ever since Biden has erased our southern border, we have no borders at all."   

Either something totally unexpected is now happening to our northern border, or it has been going on for a while, and are just noticing it. Now the count is up to three (maybe four), for unidentified objects which have turned out to be target practice for our F-22 gunners. Besides the mega-balloon which now lies in taters off the shore of South Carolina, we have smaller ones which have been downed in Alaska and Canada. Plus - maybe another (something) noticed in Montana.

Chuck Schumer was on a morning show today, declaring all of these items are balloons. Does he know that for a fact? I doubt it. But maybe they are. If so, where are they coming from? China? Does repeated incursions in our airspace denote an act of war? Some kind of response? Are they probing us for a response? For response time? Maybe even to see if they can slip something past NORAD. We could ask them (ChiCom), but they are not answering the phone with SecDef Austin is calling. Talk about rude!

Whatever these things are, they are coming from someplace. Someplace which has favorable winds which blow over our borders. The feeling I get right now from the Chinese, is they are kicking sand in our faces. It is like they are saying, "What cha going to do about it??" My guess? Based on our super slow times in our retreat from Afghanistan, as well as our support for Ukraine - not much. They think we will do nothing, or next to nothing. They are probably right.

This week will be an interesting week. We should know from investigating the wreckages of the two items shot down over Alaska and Canada the who, why, what, and where of these things. If they are from China, we will need Biden to put his big boy pants on, and make the call to Xi. I would love Biden to tell Xi that America thinks these incursions are a precursor to China invading Taiwan. As such, we are going to be loading up Taiwan with as many defensive weapons as possible. The kinds of weapons which China respects and fears.

But will Biden do that? Na. He would rather talk to Xi about climate change and proper pronouns. Then, ChiComs could look at this non-response as a greenlight for more incursions.
