The job description

"A billion plus glass Taj Mahal, being built by an organization of DFL political operatives..."

Yes, today there was yet another article about the woman with many names and a squeaky voice. You know - the number two gal running the billion dollar boondoggle stadium project. Another article about her crabbing about her $127K salary. Keep in mind the majority of people around here don't make that kind of jack. But she does. And her background is nothing more than being DFL operative. It was just payback time from Mr. Dayton.

The DFL also showed its colors when Teddy Mondale was put in charge. Ted with his $162K salary. And Ted's qualifications are....well, he is Fritz's kid. That is all you need now a days to make some good government jack. Either be a DLF operative or have some royal blood running through your veins. In any event, I find this entire issue laughable.

Now according to Kelm-Helgen, bringing the issue up was not to get her salary raised (can I please just call BS right now?), it was to show the inequity in some of the state pay scales. You know - the pay scales put together by those troglodyte and Neanderthal men in this state. There is only one problem - the job description which she agreed to CLEARLY points out she is to be second fiddle to Teddy. Period. If she did not like the deal, she should not have signed the contract. DUH! Read the fine print lady!

One of the funniest things I saw in my career was when a co-worker went into the boss' office and told him he had heard he was not making as much as others. He asked the boss to fix that. The boss looked at him and said, "Well, I have some good news for you. You don't have to work here if you think it is unfair. In fact, if you want out, I can help you with that right here and now." Discussion was over, and co-worker sheepishly returned to his desk, grateful he still had his job.

So to miss whiney, I will say this - QUIT YOUR BITCHEN' and get back to work! Holy cow - you make more than 90% of the people in this state make. If you don't like it - quit. Enough said....
