"From the river to the sea..."

"From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free." If you want to be in with the in crowd of lefties these days, learn this chant. You may not know briskets about Middle East history, but that is okay. So long as you know this chant, and the colors to wear when you say it, you will be "cool". Well, it must mean something very important, as students from some of our finest colleges are now marching and reciting it. Sorry -that is where the train leaves the tracks.

I don't want to get too graphic in this post, but maybe to make a point - I must. October 7, 2023, was one of the worst days in human history. It was not just that over 1,000 people, who were living in peace at the time, were ambushed and killed by Hamas terrorists. It was not just that over 240 men, women, young children and infants were kidnapped and taken to Gaza City to be hidden in deep tunnels. But it was the way, the satanic, inhuman way that people were killed which many are still trying to come to grips with.

I will recount some of what I heard on the media about that horrible day. Some of the people who were shot to death in their homes, were shot numerous times in the face. Why? To make identification all but impossible. Pregnant women had their stomachs slit open and fetus removed, only to have the fetus killed in front of the mother, before she too, was killed. Babies were beheaded, and then those animals would "play catch" with the heads. I won't go on any further.

Back to the chant. "From the river to the sea..." has an undertone of meaning. That meaning is Israel needs to be eviscerated. All the land taken from Israel, and then all the Jews killed. It is the "Final Solution", part two. So, these "mind numbed" robots, young people of privilege we call college students, are marching and protesting a people who not even a month ago, were slaughtered. SMH.

And now the head of the theocracy in Iran is threatening us. "We will pay", he told us this week. "Our carriers will pay", he also told us. Are we headed for a full out war? Maybe. This dictator also told us he had "friends with missiles" who could reach our mainland. Is this the new "axis of evil" coming to life? It sure seems that way.

Meanwhile, our squish of a SOS, is over in Israel right now, begging them to "pause" so we can get hostages out. What? Pause? What does that mean? Some former military folks on the news said that "pause" means nothing more than a "cease fire". Plain and simple. Full stop. Blinken wants to send in supplies to Gaza, including fuel. Hamas will get the fuel instead of the citizens - count on it. If Israel stopped the war, Hamas would keep shooting at them. Do we trust Hamas? I mean, how much can you trust animals who play catch with murdered infant's heads?
