A while back, there was a not so memorable movie called "Up". It was so non-memorable, I can't even tell you what it was about. In any event, I will use the title "Up" in this article. Why up? Simply this. Under the Biden Administration, every bad metric known to mankind is going up. Like what? Stay tuned.
Crime - Again, this morning, there were stories on the news about rampant crime waves in different cities. It is so bad, most of the socialist mayors in those cities are flummoxed. Clueless. I mean, many socialist mayors have underfunded or defunded their police departments. Shouldn't that have solved the crime problem? I guess not.
Don't worry. Today it will be Slo Joe to the rescue. He will be addressing the nation to declare his new plan to flight crime will take care of this issue. He is once again, going to try and curtail gun rights for law abiding citizens. Or, come up with new laws to make gun ownership all but impossible. All but impossible that is, except for the outlaws. Hey Joe! "Outlaw" means you live outside the law. If you live outside the law, you don't give a rip about new laws, much less existing laws. Duh!
In any event, the increase in crime is so widespread right now, gun crimes are only a part of it. Rapes, carjacking, B+E crimes - they are all up. What do we need Joe? Empowered cops to do "broken window" policing.
Immigration - How bad is it? Clueless Joe from Scranton, has now decided that all the illegal immigrants Trump sent back to Mexico last year, can come back. Joe continues to flood the zone with potential, new, blue voters. It is now a deathtrap in the desert southwest to be lost in the desert, once getting cut loose by the coyotes. One deputy sheriff in Arizona does nothing but look for dead bodies in the desert. And he finds them.
The good news on the front, is the people in this country are starting to fight back. After Texas declared a state of emergency, Florida was quick to respond by sending law enforcement asserts to Texas. Now Nebraska is also going to chip in. My guess? Nebraska will not be the last.
The numbers are so high right now on the southern border, they are beyond staggering. The amount of drugs being caught at the border, are unprecedented. The fear of the DEA and Border Patrol, is what is being caught is way less than half of what is coming across. Fentanyl from China via Mexico, just to kill our young folks.
I could go further on the "up and ups", but I won't. This article is already too long. More to come however. Slo Joe never ceases to disappoint a hungry blogger.
