Fixing the unfixable

"Hillary has been very clear on what she wants to do with ObamaCare. And it ain't to replace it."

It really pains me to say this. However, every day it is looking more and more like the die has been cast. Donald Trump just has way too many "unforgivable" sins in his closet to win. Some might ask, are they more unforgivable than the legions of sins that Hillary and Bill have committed? Probably not. But sinning (only for mankind), just like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. And in this case, the beholders are white, college educated women who want no part of another philander in the White House.

I know, I know - if Hillary wins, Bill will be back in the White House. And he is world class in the art of philandering. But with Bill Clinton, all Democrats, some of the independents, and even some Republicans, have either forgiven, forgotten, or both. That leave a clear path for the Clintons to once again sully the People's House.

That being said, here is the most immediate concern. Hillary has been very clear on what she wants to do with ObamaCare. And it ain't to replace it. Whereas Trump has said he wants to pull it up by its roots and replace it with something that works, Hillary wants to improve it. This deserves some looking in to.

Most of us who have been paying attention know what the problem with ObamaCare is. It is structurally unsound. It is unsustainable. It is prohibitively expensive. Rather than fix the cost drivers which make ObamaCare so unsound, Hillary wants to take it to the next level. And the next level is "single payer". As we know, that "single payer" will be the government.

When that happens, we will notice two things almost immediately. First, our health freedom will be diminished. We will be told who to go to and when for our health care. That whole "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor", crap will be exposed as the lie it is. Next, you will notice everyone's premiums and co-pays going down. They will be going down because the expanding health care costs will be going into our out of control national debt. Hello, Europe.

So get ready folks. As we come to the end of our third Presidential campaign in a row with lousy Republican candidates, we are about to reap what we sow. And it is not going to be pretty - not at all.

Our lessons learned should be as follows: 1) pick candidates who know how to win and, 2) in the future, VET THE CANDIDATE BEFORE YOU NOMINATE!!!
