Our new political normal...

Banana Republic. Boy have I seen and heard that A LOT in the past day or so. Once again, these Pied Pipers of Privilege have managed to hoodwink vast swaths of the American public. The very thought of having these two charlatans back in the White House is enough to chill my blood to below freezing. How in the world have we slide so far down this slippery slope? What has happened to us as a people?

Some think it will be great having a King and Queen once again. We have not really had one since the days of George III back in jolly old England. But I digress. Our new Queen has skated around the law that the rest of us had to live by while having a security clearance. I took the liberty of doing some cut and pasting of that law:


18 USC 7933 F: Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

I have also taken the liberty to rename this law to "The Little People's Law", since that is who it applies to. In fact, there was a recent article in the Navy Times about this "Little People Law" catching up with a Navy sub commander. He mishandled classified information and was immediately fired. I guess if his name was CDR Clinton, it might have just resulted in a slap on the wrist instead. 

In the past under the Clinton regime, we have redefined sex and lying. Now we are redefining classified information. This is so cool! I can only imagine what eight years of this duo living in Washington will allow us to do next! Legalize murder? Mass mayhem? The Clinton duo are the 1960's, "if it feels good, do it!" generation coming to life, right in front of our noses.

From Whitewater to Benghazi. From the Rose Law Firm to "Servergate". From Vince Foster to the devil with the blue dress on. From cattle futures to selling influence to fund the Clinton Foundation. What is there not to love? When we had George and Laura Bush, they were sooo very boring! And the Romney family would have been even more boring. The Clinton duo on the other hand, love to have their exploits end up in the press.

Today, Congress takes its first crack on getting to the truth about the servers and the e-mails. The FBI came up flat - we will now see if our Congress will also allow the coronation of Hillary to continue.
